The composition of the villa Les Baies :
The villa is on one level, with a surface area of 110m², and parking is possible inside the property. The villa is located in an extremely quiet square, where only the residents venture!
Maison Gaume as we say here, 80's architecture, they knew how to make a very nice living space with bay windows on front and back terraces facing the pines, large dining area with table and 6 chairs, living area with 2 sofas, open kitchen with bar top, oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, nespresso, kettle, toaster,
3 bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, large wardrobe and hanging space, the other 2 have 90cm beds, also with large wardrobes, a bathroom with bath and washbasin, and a shower room with shower and washbasin, separate toilet.
The terrace, with its large table and griddle, will be the meeting place for your days, from breakfast to dinner !
A real family home, easy to live in, sunny, with nice outings thanks to the terraces, and so close to everything in this incredible setting of Pyla !

It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bay of Arcachon !
Le Moulleau, 5mn away, is charming, restaurants, shops, Notre Dame des Passes perched on a hill is worth a visit !
Family atmosphere which makes perfectly its reputation, chic and simple !
Ideally located, you can discover the charming Ville d'Hiver district, its maze of alleys and streets leading to sumptuous 19th century villas.
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, bring some back from the market (don't go too late if you want them to be opened, and bring a container) and then go and conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, you can also take the shuttle from the Moulleau jetty (check the tide times), the Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées !

Descent of the Leyre, in the ornithological park in Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
