The full kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, gas stove & oven, microwave & hood fan, coffee pot, toaster and tea kettle. Plus all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you'll need to be able to cook during your stay. You'll also find an assortment of coffee, tea and quick breakfast options, including freshly laid eggs!

Enjoy the gas fireplace, comfy couch and fast wifi while you watch a movie on the 42in TV. A Firestick is provided so you can use your favorite streaming service.

The bathroom features modern fixtures, local live-edge counter, plush towels, on-demand hot water and mirrored closet with hangers and 2 drawers.

Ample off-street parking is provided directly in front of the guesthouse, in the private driveway.

We live in the main house, and the Guesthouse is completely separate. With self check-in, personal door code and private driveway, you'll be free to come and go as you please with complete privacy. We're just a text message away if you need anything.

We are not able to offer early check in or late check out, due to my work schedule.

No unauthorized guests.

2 person occupancy max

Please help us keep the cleaning fee low by leaving the guesthouse just as you found it.

Residential quiet hours in effect.

Guests may NOT bring extra beds. No air/foam mattresses, cots or other floor beds.

Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.

No animals of any kind are allowed inside the Guesthouse. Due to our animals on the property (dog, cat, chickens and bees) it is NOT safe for any other animals. VRBO's Health & Safety exemptions (where it pertains to guest's animals) are in effect. This means NO animals.

All coolers must remain outside, or in your car.

If excessive cleaning is necessary due to bodily fluids/biohazard, you will be charged at least $100 extra, possibly more depending on the severity of the situation. This extra charge is at the sole discretion of the host.

Although not required, we highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance. Whether the issue for needing to cancel is illness or accident, bad weather, air quality concerns, flight delays or cancellations or any other reason you are unable to make the trip, travel insurance will be your refund opportunity. We will not act as your travel insurer. Please be sure to read our cancellation policy, which will be not be modified or adjusted.
