Beautiful stay

Charming, clean, and quiet, it was exactly what we needed to decompress on vacation. The patio and plunge pool are lovely, and you are close to everything. The stairs to the bedroom are tricky if you get up in the middle of the night, but are not a deal-breaker at all. We had a wonderful stay!

The house was very well maintained and clean. the welcoming hosts provided some drinks and fresh towels upon arrival. We wished the pool would have been better maintained so we did not get to spend much time there but the hosts did try to get the pool man to come for us. This was the perfect sized house for two people and was great to come back to the lovely AC after a long day at the beach.

Relaxing Stay

This location and villa was a perfect and relaxing place for two people who just retired. Sabine was a very gracious host and very quick to respond to all my questions. We wanted a place that was private and quiet and this villa more than met our needs.

Lovely spot!

We love staying with Sabine at Mangorient. The unit we stayed in this time has its own private little dip pool which is perfect to cool off. We didn’t need anything as the kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed to cook meals. The property manager Christine and Sabine are very helpful not only with anything we need but with what to see and do on the island. We will definitely stay again!

Best cost / benefit for the area

This was our fifth visit to Saint Martin , and the fourth stay at the Orient Beach area , this unit was the best cost / benefit off all our previous stays, we stayed for 14 days at the Mango Orange and the unit is very clean , quiet and private. The property is secure and gated and we had a spot to park our car inside the main property. Suzon really takes care of bussines and she can be find at her office if needed. Having an outdoor deck with a pool is something that we enjoyed after a day at one of the several nice beaches that Saint Martin offers , our favorits after Orient Beach , are Maho (airplane landing) , Mullet Bay Beach , Happy Bay and Pinel Island, if possible try to visit other islands like Anguilla ( don't miss Shoal Bay Beach ) and St Barthelemy, that are very close to Saint Martin by ferry boat, that could be taken from Marigot ( to Anguilla ) and from Philipsburg ( to St. Barthelemy ) We highly recommend this property and for the years to came will not have to find other property to stay in Saint Martin, because this one will be hard to be beaten.

Schönes kleines Haus mit kleinem Pool

Das Haus an sich befindet sich 5 Minuten vom Flughafen Grand Case und ist im Garten des Vermieters. Es besteht aus 3 Einheiten, die mit kleinen Holzpannelen getrennt werden. Das Bett ist oben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestatet und qualitativ i.O. Ein Plus ist der kleine Pool. Der Strand von Orient Bay ist in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es wurden viele Handtücher sowie Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. W-Lan war sehr gut. Was wir weniger gemocht haben: - wenn die anderen Einheiten vermietet sind, hat man wenig Intimität. - insgesamt ist der "Garten" sehr sehr klein. - die Vermieterin war abwesend. Wir haben sie überhaupt nicht gesehen. (Trotz mehrmaliger Versuche) Keine Empfehlung, was wir hätten sehen/machen können. - die Klimaanlage ist direkt am Bett. Nachts stört sie. - 50€ für die Endreinigung. Man muss sie bezahlen. Ich finde es persönnlich zu viel. Alles in allem eine vernünftige Unterkunft - nicht mehr, nicht weniger.

Cosy, Excellent Location, Private, Secure

We had two wonderful weeks on St. Martin staying at the New Mango Apartment. The holiday home was exactly as described, modern and very clean. Fast Wi-Fi. The little private pool is a gem on hot days. Well equipped kitchen (even an oven). 10 min easy walk to the nice Orient Bay Beach. With a car you easily can reach any point on the island. 100% Recommended. Thanks Sabin & Suzon for the great time and for the late check out! Frank & Myrén

Great rental property

We rented the Green Unit and we were very happy with it. Owners corresponded well and host, Christine, was great! Well supplied kitchen and everything worked well. As someone mentioned before the stairs to the loft are quite steep so that’s the only thing I would watch if you have mobility issues. There is, however, a sofa bed on the main level if need be. Loved having our own pool and patio space. This was our 7th time to St Martin. Thank you for sharing your unit Sabine and Suzon.

We were looking for accommodations close to the beach and in walking distance to restaurants. This location was perfect. The size of the unit was great for two people. The kitchen was adequately supplied for cooking meals although the pots and pans could use replacing. The plunge pool was an added bonus. Great two week vacation. Thank you!

We stayed at Mango green house. What a wonderful place for 2 people: spotless clean with the huge selection of kitchen equipment. Christina was very helpful. We are considering to be back with the kids and grandkids in the bigger house on this property.

Mango Green was great!

The property was as advertised and there was nothing unexpected in a negative way. Nice and clean, bright and open. Sliding door to outdoor area with the mini pool. There is an automated shutter to put down at night to block the morning sun.We had daily visits from a beautiful iguana who liked laying on top of the fence by the pool. He/she liked the lettuce that we would put up there when we saw him/her. However, if you choose to leave food for an iguana please be sure to look on line to ensure that you are not giving them something harmful to them. Leafy vegetables are fine. Our oven did not work properly one day. A brand new oven was inserted within hours. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and all of the appropriate gadgets and small appliances. There is a choice of European or North American coffee makers. This is a very secure and gated property with on site parking just outside the door of the suite. Property managers are on site and always available if you require assistance. If you stay here and are Canadian, we left a couple of whisky glasses that say Winnipeg on them and a beer glass that you should recognize. So, raise a glass to Canada.
