##Space

The Mahé villa features a total of 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms located in the main house and 1 bedroom in the small annex house.

1. A bedroom on the first floor, independent from the main house, with an adjoining bathroom including a toilet. This room offers a terrace with a sea view, a double bed measuring 160x200, as well as a sofa. It is possible to add a sofa bed for a child.

2. The second bedroom with a bed measuring 160x200, a private shower room, and the option to add a sofa bed for children. The bathroom is shared with the third bedroom.

3. A supplementary third bedroom, suitable for a couple or adolescents, equipped with a bed measuring 160x200.

4. The annex house includes an independent studio from the main house, featuring a double bed and two single beds. This is perfect for a family with 2 children or 4 older adolescents. Please note that the toilet and shower are nearby but outside the studio.

The house also has a living room with a corner sofa and a fireplace, as well as a satellite TV and an internet connection. Adjacent to it is a spacious fully-equipped kitchen, including an ice maker, citrus juicer, espresso machine, and more.

##Interaction

Outside, you will discover a relaxation area along with a dining zone furnished with a large table capable of accommodating up to 12 people. Furthermore, a barbecue is provided for friendly gatherings. For your leisure activities, the villa offers a tennis court, a pétanque court, a spacious swimming pool (available from April 1st to October 31) and a bar.
A few cats live outside in the villa’s garden. They are harmless and used to visitors. However, we kindly draw the attention of guests who may be allergic to cats.

## Neighborhood

Karystos is an ancient port on the southern tip of the island of Euboea, and due to its proximity to Athens and its unique geography, it has served as one of the most important ports throughout history.

There are medieval castles and ancient sites, kilometers of beautiful beaches, and lush mountain villages, vibrant traditions, and great taverns - everything a place needs to become a tourist haven. Somehow, however, Euboea, Greece's second-largest island, has been overlooked in the frantic race for development. Is it too close to the mainland? Whatever the reason, we Athenians should be grateful that such a treasure trove is at our doorstep, just an hour's boat ride from Rafina. Currently, there are only boats to Marmari, a thriving seaside resort that sprawls up the hill behind a wide bay about twenty minutes' drive from Karystos.

Today, Karystos is a popular destination for visitors who, at a very short distance from Athens, enjoy the beauty and unique natural atmosphere of an Aegean island with over 300 days of sunshine per year.
