The cabin is the perfect location for a quick get away from the city. The river and fresh smells makes you immediately relax and the house has everything needed to be comfortable. We enjoyed out stay very much.

Cabin at its finest

Amazing property, this cabin is really what a cabin is all about, beautiful scenery, very quiet and very cozy. Our host was amazing, his communication was excellent and really cared about our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Mountain Getaway!

My brother and I had a wonderful time at Amy & Cyrus's cabin! The cabin is so beautiful; the decorations, stocked kitchen and comfy beds made it so easy to be there :). I enjoyed every little touch, especially the cozy Ugg blankets! It is tucked away in a charming subdivision up the mountain. The sound and views from the river were better than we imagined and the sauna completed the whole experience! We also very much loved the quaint town of Idaho Springs just a few miles up the highway. We had great food and so much fun in the town. We cannot wait to return!

Cabin in the woods

We loved the cabin in the woods. It is 3 miles off the main road. Everything was so nice and labeled with instructions. Felt like we were in a tree house. Has a beautiful running stream. The owners were excellent and easy to contact. We wanted a cabin in the woods with a stream and we loved it!

Best Family Vacation Ever!

My husband wanted to take our family to relax in the winter snow and this beautiful cabin is where we decided would be perfect. We were not let down! Everything in the description was perfect. The cabin was spotless, offered so much to make us feel comfortable and at home. The host was amazing to help with any questions we had. We are already looking forward to planning a trip next year and this will be our destination. Thank you for making our winter vacation dream come true.

Great weekend get away in the Mountains

We had a great stay at this beautiful mountain log cabin for 6 adults. The accommodations were as described in the listing. The cabin was clean, nice furniture, nice amenities. We spent hours on the deck listening to nature and the sound of the creek in the backyard. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. The only thing that would have been nice is a grill - the owners said there should be one in the future. The owners were great - outstanding at communicating all the way through the process. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!!!

Mountain house get away in the fall

The house was beautiful and clean and quiet. It was just right for the 6 of us. The fall foliage is a little delayed this year so lucky the people who stay the second 2 weeks of September. The hosts are very clear and helpful. Their instructions are well written. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful cabin and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was the perfect get away for our family. The cabin was amazing and the creek behind the house and the beautiful forest allowed for total relaxation!

Great cabin for family time

Cabin had everything we needed. It had a well equiped kitchen (my daughter made a cake and loved the kitchen aid mixer), comfortable beds, nice balcony to enjoy your coffee in the morning and watch the creek and hummingbirds

Perfect hideaway from the big towns

This cabin is gorgeous, cozy and quite roomy. The interior is updated with top of the line furnishings, appliances, and entertainment. Everything we were looking for. The owners are fabulous and bent over backwards making sure we were accommodated and satisfied. Our winter vacation here was all I had hoped for.

Beautiful Winter Retreat

This cabin was a wonderful winter getaway for our family. We wanted to have a secluded place to relax and enjoy the scenery and snow and this place was perfect. The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and secluded but easy access to I-70. We had a wonderful time going tubing at Fraser Hill Tubing and exploring Idaho Springs, Georgetown, and beautiful Frisco. We enjoyed discovering great places to eat and checking out area breweries. Amy and Cyrus were fantastic hosts, providing lots of helpful information and responsive to our questions. The cabin was so clean and well maintained. You can tell they really care about their guests and we look forward to our next stay there!
