Perfect space for our family

We utilized all of the amenities
pool, kayaks, arcade game, billiards. Sleeping and living spaces were perfect for us and our son and his buddies. Our only con was no lounge chairs on the pool deck.

Great place

Great house. Have all you need to have a great time with your family. The game room was great for kids. Just needed more time to take advantage of all the great things this house has to offer. I'm sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Nice family get away

We rented this property for family coming in from out of town. It was excellent. We had adults/teens/kids and, in addition to just enjoying each others company, there was lots to do! We kayaked, fished, swam, played pool, played on the playground, played video games and more. Huge TV in the living room (warning...no ESPN, but can log in to your own account). Also loved the little snack/goodie basket left for us!

My family and I use home sharing services all of the time and have never once had any issues. All of our experiences have been fantastic and we always have positive interactions with the owners. Unfortunately, our experience here was not pleasant. They fell short on the two main things they advertise on their listing. The heated pool and “waterfront” space. The pool was not heated at all, the water was VERY cold. They may have forgotten to turn on the system prior to our arrival. so be cautious if you’re looking for a place with a heated pool and double check with them prior to paying/arriving. If you are looking for a nice waterfront spot, this is NOT the rental for you. The dock area was very dirty including the furniture. Dried duck droppings everywhere, leaves, and dead palm fronds. The water is brown and we saw a dead catfish, crab and bird floating on the first day. We made the best of it to say the least. The worst part of our experience was the phone call I received by the property manager on our second day threating to cancel our reservation because the owners were notified (or were watching on the cameras) that there were too many cars on the property then what we booked for. Nowhere on the reservation did it say that there was a limit as to how many cars were allowed on property. We were 6 adults who all live in different areas of the state and we all had our own vehicles. Rather than checking with us first, the owners assumed there was a party going on. I called the property manager back and left a voicemail to please call me so I can explain this in person but she would only respond via text. She told me to log on to the website and write a message saying “ it’s just my family here, not 30 people.” I am assuming to get the owners off our backs? Needless to say that whole situation really put a damper on the mood and trip. We are a responsible family who just went through a death in the family and needed an escape. For as expensive as this place is, we ended leaving 2 days early (did not ask for any kind of refund whatsoever) because we felt so unwelcomed. I am sorry but I cannot recommend this rental to anyone.

Fantastic getaway with all the bells and whistles

The house was great, our kids will definitely be talking about it for awhile as one of their favorite rentals. New appliances, comfortable beds, lots of room for two small families to share for a joint vacation. The second “master bedroom” felt more like a guest room especially with the small bathroom not as an en suite (it’s outside the bedroom in the foyer that leads to the pool) but it worked for what we needed it for. The kids loved the pool, playground, and the arcade game room was a big hit. We also used the kayaks and the dock, had lots of privacy. Only left the house once to spend a day at Honeymoon Beach State Park, which was also lovely. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Wonderful Stay - Great Location

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this house in early March. The location of the house was convenient to the airport and the local attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and newly updated with many amenities. We especially appreciated the detailed booklet that described all of the features of the house. And all of the outlets, drawers, etc. were very well marked for easy use. The pool was especially nice which includes a brand new two-story screen cover. And while we didn't use the playground, bikes or kayaks, they were very well kept and looked ready for easy use. The bedrooms were comfortable, all sheets and towels were clean and plentiful. And the bathrooms were very well appointed and super clean. The kitchen was large and easy to use with 4 people cooking/cleaning all at once. And the refrigerator was very large and new. The security system made for easy coming and going and we felt very secure. Plus the wifi and TVs all were in excellent working condition. All in all, this was a very nice stay and we appreciate all of the special attention to details that made for an excellent stay.

This newly remodeled 2-story villa has modern fixtures such as granite counters, and a chefs kitchen that is fully equipped for any occasion. The floors have recently been upgraded to vinyl throughout the house, on both floors!
There is 1 bedroom on the first floor which is one of the master suites. The additional 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The spacious circular driveway allows generous parking for 8, there is even a parking spot for your oversized RV! This stunning villa is just a short drive to downtown Tampa, renowned museums, major sporting arenas, and a convenient commute to Pinellas County's highly sought after beaches. This tropical resort is truly a complete package for your vacation. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes away while the famous Clearwater beach is about 30minutes drive. This resort includes your private HEATHED-POOL, two kayaks which accommodates 4 people, life jackets, 3 bicycles with gears, beach gear and accessories. There is also a private game room inside the house. The arcade will take you back in time with over 1000 games or just enjoy a game at the pool table.
