The steep, gravel driveway clearly presented unexpected difficulties, and we regret not providing more detailed information beforehand. We understand how frustrating it must have been to navigate the incline, especially while carrying children and bags. Your safety and convenience are our priorities, and we’re committed to ensuring future guests are well-informed so they can plan accordingly. We’re also truly sorry for the other issues you faced. The absence of a fire pit, broken bathroom fixtures, and a non-working TV are all unacceptable oversights that detract from your stay. These details matter deeply to us, and we regret they were not addressed before your arrival. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness when you inquired about extending your stay is not the level of service we strive to provide. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us improve.
