This retreat has been newly remodeled and beautifully decorated with Colorado mountain style furnishings, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. With 1,200 square feet of living space spread out over two levels, this condo offers a degree of separation and privacy. Two private balconies - one off the main floor and one off the primary bedroom - provide ample opportunities to enjoy crisp mountain air and views. However, the open floor plan will be ideal to enhance togetherness during your stay - you will be able to share meals, enjoy family movie time, play board games, or simply snuggle up near the fireplace and share an entertaining conversation. Two TVs with cable and access to free WiFi will keep everyone entertained no matter what. Treat yourself to a spa day in the shared hot tub available - your body will thank you!

You'll be conveniently and centrally located in Old Town, adjacent to Winter Park Resort and just a short hike, bike, or drive to downtown Winter Park. The resort offers over 3,000 acres of skiing and riding terrain. Experienced skiers and riders won't get enough of Eagle Wind's thick glades and steep trails. However, if you are new to skiing, or traveling with young ones, you can enjoy Winter Park's family-friendly terrain and customer-oriented Ski and Ride School! Nestled in the trees alongside the Fraser River in a small private complex, our cozy riverside mountain retreat offers the best of both worlds–great views and the convenience of a great base area location without the noise, traffic, and congestion of the central resort. Summer visitors can find endless fun activities to choose from such as mountain biking (with 600 miles of bike trails for novices and pros alike), hiking, chairlift rides, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, mini-golf, and scenic explorations.
