Unfortunately, we have no control over Sugar Top's parking and other policies. They do have great amenities available that no other group of condos have on Sugar Mountain. We are glad you liked the unit and look forward to your next visit.

Hello, We are sorry to hear your stay was less that satisfactory. Yes, housekeeping gets into ALL of our units to clean in between each guests, so your unit was cleaned. I (management) had explained that I had not personally been in this unit so was not familiar with the layout concerning the rug. I did advise that décor is up to the owners and while we could not move the rug without their permission, I would pass along the feedback to them about the possible tripping hazard. We also put in a work order to have the garbage disposal and lamps looked at as we had not had any previous complaints of them not working. When I asked what you meant about the linens not being clean, was there a stain etc.? you simply said there was a smoky smell in the unit. I offered to bring up odoban to help get rid of the smoke smell and explained that while out unit is non smoking the unit beside of them might not be (as we have run into this issue before) and the vents are all connected so the smell was likely coming from another unit or balcony. We do not advertise this unit as having a fireplace or wifi and we do not list it in the amenities. There is no way to omit the fireplace from pictures but we do not list is as operable since no sugar top unit has on operable fireplace. In the past if guests have been unsure about what amenities are available they have called or sent and inquiry just to make sure and not assume and we have not had any issues with this before. I do not know of any other way we could have resolved your issues as you stated since you declined the odoban and there was nothing else to resolve since the wifi and fireplace was not offered from the beginning.
