Welcome to VOULA, one of the most luxurious areas of the ATHENS RIVIERA. This accommodation has stunning PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS from almost every part of the house and a PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. It offers a total of 247 sq meters living space in 3 floors accessible via INTERNAL ELEVATOR and stairs. 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, huge living room, fully equipped kitchen with open plan family room and vast balconies. Garage for 2 cars, Laundry, Garden of 210 sq meters with Mediterranean vegetation. Downtown Athens in 15 km (10 miles)

The house is on a slope in the "PANORAMA" neighborhood of upper VOULA (elevation: 140 meters above sea level, distance from sea 2 km). It has 4 floors which are accessible via internal elevator and stairs. In the basement (street level floor) there is a garage for 2 cars, laundry, storage rooms and one bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is a big living/dining room (60 sq meters) with terrace and pool, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there is a family room with kitchen and a big terrace (32 sq meters) for outdoor dining, one bedroom, 2 bathrooms. On the second floor there is one bedroom with an annexed room for 2 children, one bathroom and a terrace which is accessible from the bedroom and from the staircase.
All floors except the highest one are accessible from the garage (street level) via an internal elevator and via internal stairs. On each floor there is a large terrace with panoramic sea views of 180 degrees. Three out of the four bedrooms have their own private full bathroom with bathtub/shower. The 4th bedroom on the ground floor has only a WC. There is an additional common full bathroom on the first floor (family room and kitchen level). The 5th full bathroom is in the garage/laundry area. There are 4 smart TVs in the house which are all connected to the fast (100 Mbps) internet. Yearly Subscriptions for NETFLIX and CosmoteTV. Strong WiFi signal is available in every indoor and outdoor space of the house. Central heating radiators and Air Conditioning units (cooling and heating modes) are in all rooms. Very quiet and safe residential neighbourhood with sea and mountain views. A park with a playground, basketball court, cafĂ© and mini market, is within 250 meters. Hiking and biking roads on the nearby hills with magnificent views. Five minutesâ drive to several sandy beaches (free and organized) with crystal clear water within 4 km (the closest one is in 2 km). Famous Vouliagmeni Beach with all kind of water sports is in 6 km. The sea water temperature is between 20 and 27 degrees from May to the begin of December. There is also a warm water lake in Vouliagmeni where swimming is possible even during the winter months (water temperature is at least 22 degrees).
The closest supermarket is within 800 meters (8 minutesâ walk). There are several big supermarkets and other shops within 2 km. The closest restaurant is in 250 meters (3 minutesâ walk). Downtown Voula (2 km) is very family friendly, has playgrounds, and a variety of shops, restaurants, cafĂ©s, ice cream and pizza places, all of them having outdoor sitting areas, full of people and life even during the winter months. There are also many restaurants and cafes at the sea front of Voula, Vouliagmeni and Varkiza. I am born and raised in Athens / Greece, have studied Electrical Engineering in Munich / Germany (Technische UniversitĂ€t MĂŒnchen) and have worked in Germany, Greece, France and Switzerland. My wife and I married for 55 years, have 3 children and 6 grandchildren, some of them living in Greece and some in Switzerland. After retirement, we live partly in Greece and partly in Switzerland. We are the owners of the house we live in Voula, which is a suburb in the Athens Riviera. We recently decided to rent our house as vacation home during the time of the year that we do not live in it. I personally have an experience with vacation rental platforms since I do all the administration work for the 3 properties my oldest son owns and rents in Switzerland as holiday homes. In the last 3 years we have received more than 200 excellent reviews from guests and got most of the time the Airbnb "Superhost" status.
