This 3 Bedroom Villa can be rented as a 1 or 2 Bedroom Villa at special rates! 
 

Art is situated in the private community of Roc Flamands. The villa looks down on the splendid beach of Flamands.


The spacious living, on the upper level opens onto a large covered terrace. The bedrooms are located on the lower level and open onto a big deck and the pool. You will be able to walk to the beach and the famous Cheval Blanc hotel.


The private estate of Roc Flamands is made of 14 private villas; Art, Roc Flamands 11 and Aventura are part of it.
