The property was beautiful and well maintained. The fire pit and hot tub were a nice touch as well. Parking was easy (able to park in drive right out front of house).

Great cabin and host!

We had a wonderful time in Broken Bow this weekend and the cabin was a huge part of it. The cabin is wonderful and the listing is super accurate. The hot tub and fire pit are a great touch. I would recommend this can and host to anyone interested in spending some time in Broken Bow. There’s so much to do there and the cabin is centrally located to everything! 5 stars.

When we arrived the smoke detector was beeping however stopped. In the water closet in the bathroom, we could not use the light due to water dripping from the light. We reached out to the owner as it was concerning as a possibly fire hazard and got no response. We did, however, after checking out receive a text the coffee pot from the Keurig was missing. It was not there when we arrived, and thank goodness I had a video to show not there.As far as the cabin, it is really nice, comfortable and cozy. The hot tub was there however, we did not use. In spite of our issue with the constant dripping water in the toilet area, we enjoyed our stay. There was a bit of road noise, but convenient access to go into town.

Cabin was very nice and was very clean Adequate kitchen supplies. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Two out of four adirondack chairs around fire pit were broken. Bit challenging to initially find without a street sign. Very near Broken Bow and Hochatown.

Beautiful place

It was very cozy and loved the location ...the hot tub was very relaxing ...I think the only thing that was odd was there was no coffee or condiments in the cabin...but luckily the store wasn't to far to go grab some.....will definitely consider staying again....

Loved this cabin

It was perfect for me my husband and our small dog! The property is closer than we thought, we went to far at first. When you turn off sweet home road it’s the gravel road right the the right. The fire place was tricky we had to turn the knob on the actual fire place to get it going. The hot tub was set on sleep mode so just be sure to read the instructions on the fridge and follow those. Was perfect distance to grocery store and to Hochatown. Enjoyed our stay. Did have close neighbors next door on both sides

Great place with some minor issues.

Very nice place and very clean! There were a couple of minor issues I had while staying here. First issue was getting a response from the property manager about our pet fee because it was not included in the amount when I booked. I messaged her two days before our arrival about her sending me the pet request and how to pay the fee because I had to cancel my card that I had previously booked the property with. Check in was at 3 and at 8 that evening she tried to charge my canceled card. I messaged her stating that the original card had been canceled and I still have not received a response back or a way to pay the pet fee. 2nd issue was that the street sign was still missing, so in the address instructions it needs to be said that it is the first gravel road on the right after you turn onto the road Sweet Home. Also, when we arrived there were no batteries in the living room remote so my husband had to leave and go buy some and then the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it ruined my daughters swimsuit. It turned it from blue to a blue/grey color. Probably my biggest issue was that the only bedroom with an actual bed had a broken mattress support board. So the mattress sunk in the middle and my husband and I rolled into each other both nights. After all of these minor issues, I would still rent this place again as long as the bed was fixed because it really is a nice place.

The cabin itself was cute. The light fixture in the toilet room kept dripping water on us when we used the bathroom. We didn’t want to sit at the table because one of the legs was broken and leaning quite a bit. The MOST CONCERNING part was the back door deadlock didn’t work and the handle was so loose that it could easily be opened even though it was “locked”. This led us to not feel safe at all overnight. Only keys we were given were for the back door so we had to walk all the way around the house to enter and exit.

It was great other then the two broken chairs outside, the leg on kitchen table was loose and no laundry detergent to wash towels and lack of toilet paper and paper towels . Good thing we had own toilet wipes.
