Spring Break

Great house for a large crowd and pet friendly! Nice location, beautiful beach and short walk to the beach. We had a great week at this house!

Terrible Weather but a nice place

The house is comfy. Management worked well with us to correct some minor issues. The weekend was cold and rainy, but we had fun regardless.

Memories made at Marina Jack

Beautiful home that’s located within a 2 min walk to the beach access. House is very well equipped for a large group. The kitchen had more than enough pans, dishes and bowls to host family meals. Nice to have king size beds in four of the five bedrooms (comfortable mattresses too). There are TV’s, pool table, bar area, porches, beach gear, and pool with nice patio area. Marina Jack was a perfect home for our family to gather for Christmas.

Perfect vacation home for a crowd!

Marina Jack is a great vacation house. The young adults in our party really enjoyed having their own floor where they could hang out, play pool, watch TV, and have easy access to snacks and drinks. The top floor is spacious with a great kitchen for cooking and lots of seating around the island and table. The kitchen is well-stocked with a bunch of nice quality plates and bowls, and a large amount & variety of drinking glasses. Plenty of silverware as well, so we could easily make it through 3 meals and snacks without having to wash cutlery for our party of 7. There’s a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, and crockpot available too. Would suggest bringing extra kitchen hand towels & Tupperware if you’ll have leftovers. The upstairs living area is spacious with comfortable, nice quality seating. Smart TV’s all worked great. Bedrooms were a good size and all were connected to a full bathroom. The interior finishes & decor are beach and aesthetically pleasing. The elevator was in great condition and worked well our entire visit - great amenity for my elderly father, and for loading/unloading. The pool was clean & large. The lounge chairs around the pool have cushions and are comfortable. Good selection of beach/pool toys & floats. It’s a short, straight-shot to the beach as well. The Property Manager was responsive to the one issue we ran into. Overall, very happy with no complaints.

Great home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is located near the beach access which made it very convenient for multiple trips to the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked. Lots of dishes and pots and pans which made it nice since we ate in every evening. We had an issue with the grill when we first arrived and maintenance, the property manager and the home owners were quick to replace it.
