Escape this summer in a classic New England style country colonial. This hidden gem is nestled away on 3.5 acres in the woods of Wilton, CT and offers the perfect outdoor living getaway for families that want a private retreat you never need to leave, while still having access to the charming towns and restaurants of Wilton and Ridgefield. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool and hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and pond with fountain while surrounded by the woods and only the sound of nature.
The house itself is a secluded and luxurious 4BR / 5 bathroom home with 6000 square feet of finished space. Modern farmhouse style design with large kitchen and high end appliances, extra large windows to let in tons of sunlight all day, private office, gym with rower and air bike, and additional finished pool house style basement with bathroom and bunks for the kids.
Enjoy the beautiful views of nature and wildlife and the sound of the pond fountain while having coffee on the sun drenched deck before taking a dip in the heated saltwater pool or hot tub. In the evening, escape to the gazebo with fireplace where you can enjoy s'mores and the sounds of owls.
Amenities include; AC with three thermostat zones for ultimate comfort, highest speed internet (1000 Gbps), whole house water filtration and treatment system, 3 gas fireplaces, automatic full house 20kW generator so you will never lose pool or AC during a storm, 3 floor elevator (incase grandma or grandpa come visit), cleaning service, weekly garbage pick up, 3 car garage.

Large elevated backyard deck with lounge seating, dining table, extra large Williams Sonoma 5 burner grill (run off our own propane tank), gazebo with fireplace and seating, ninja warrior obstacle course, large trampoline, zip line, TreePod hanging cabana, access to pond with fountain. Large fully fenced backyard. Back and front yard with professional landscaping.
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms have either a closet or dressers for storage. Towels, sheets, and blankets are supplied.
• Master suite - 2nd floor, king bed, ceiling fan, large walk in shower with three heads, whirlpool bathtub overlooking pond, two separate vanities, separate toilet room.
• Bedroom # 2 - 2nd floor. Twin bunk beds with trundle, ceiling fan, on suite bath with shower and tub.
• Bedroom # 3 - 2nd floor. Queen bed, Jack and Jill bathroom with BR #4, ceiling fan.
• Bedroom # 4 - 2nd floor. Day bed, Jack and Jill bathroom with BR #3, ceiling fan and great view of backyard.
Living room:
Luxurious down feather extra large sectional sofa, cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, field stone gas fireplace with remote, 55” flat screen smart TV, amazing light all day, full assortment of family games and puzzles. Views of backyard pool, pond, and woods with sliders for access to the deck or getting a nice breeze.
Kitchen:
Huge fully equipped kitchen open to family room. Gas Wolf range, double oven, microwave, extra large sun zero refrigerator, wine and beverage refrigerator, coffee bar with percolator or Nespresso machine, dishwasher, farm sink with views onto the deck and backyard, walk in pantry, marble counter island with seating for four. All cooking equipment and utensils included for you to feel at home.
Supplied with:
Full assortments pots and pan, blender, crockpot, toaster, coffee pot (electric perculator), air fryer, all utensils, hand cloths, dishwasher soap, full cupboard of assorted spices, teapot, food processor. Note : if there is anything else you may need please ask.
Dining room : Amazing late afternoon and evening light, farmhouse table with seating for up to 10. Place settings and children’s booster seat available.
Great room / play room:
Full assortment and over abundance of toys, dueling electronic basketball hoops, 40” flat screen smart TV, couch and natural light throughout the day. Exposed wooden beams.
Basement / pool house:
Walk out access to poo, built in twin bunks with trundle, beverage refrigerator, bar/island with barstools, full bathroom with shower. Workout equipment - BikeErg, Concept2 rower, plyo box, and chalk board. Outdoor games included are corn hole, bocci, and ring toss.
Laundry room:
Full size washer and dryer, built in ironing board, iron supplies, full slop sink, built in drying rack. Cleaning products supplied.
Standard Rules and Policies:
A. No shoes permitted within the house. Shoes should be removed at entrances
B. Tenant is not permitted to use fine china or silverware from the Dining Room
C. No use of candles or open flame permitted. Fireplaces and appliances (including coffee) must all be turned off prior to leaving the house
D. Only single ply toilet paper is permitted due to septic tank. No flushing of tissue paper, paper towels, or personal hygeine products in the toilet.
E. Food and garbage must not be left outside, around pool, or near/on grill. All unused food and or garbage must be placed into indoor garbage receptacle or garage garbage bin due to local wildlife.
F. No food or drink (other than water) permitted upstairs and no food or drinks (other than water) consumed on the couches or furniture.
G. Garbage and single stream recycling are to be handled separately in the proper receptacles. Garbage needs to be placed outside on Mondays before 515am
H. If tennats have been swimming and are wet they will use basement / pool house entrance when drying off or coming in from the pool.
I. Elevator will be turned off and keys removed. Access and use of the elevator is not permitted.
J. Fountain is maintained and operation is scheduled daily. Fountain power switch in basement is not to be touched or changed.
K. Pool filter system and heater are controlled and scheduled remotely. Any requests to change the temperature or schedule need to be co-ordinated with landlord.
L. Hot tub / spa temperature can be controlled remotely, but heats up fast. Hot tub heating should only be turned on 20min prior to usage and turned off immediately after use.
M. No parties or large gatherings (more than 10 people).
N. Pool is only 8ft deep. No diving is permitted.
O. Fences and gates must remain closed when not in use. This prevents deer from eating landscaping in the back yard.
P. Several doors have locks or locking keypads (e.g. attic, master bedroom closet, office closet) that are labeled “Do Not Enter”. These doors are not to be opened and locks should not be tampered with.
