Wir besitzen beide Seiten, könnten also noch einen Eröffnungs-Luxus mit BEST LOCATION haben! 100 Schritte zum Strand und im Hauptteil der Stadt. Dieses luxuriöse Haus (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer) befindet sich 130 Schritte vom Strand oder 100 Schritte von der Innenstadt von Encinitas Village an der Coast Hwy 101 entfernt, im berühmten Moonlight Beach-Viertel, wo Sie über 40 Restaurants finden, von zwanglosen Speisen bis hin zu feinen Restaurants mit Unterhaltung und Boutique-Shopping unterwegs. Das Innere ist wundervoll mit Top-Modell der Geräte, Betten und Möbel. Wir haben Beach Cruiser Fahrräder, BBQ, Boogie Boards, Liegestühle, Handtücher, Brettspiele, Spielzeug, Bücher, Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Kinderwagen und vieles mehr für Sie ohne Aufpreis. Sommerpreise sind 525 pro Nacht und Bücher Sa. bis Samstag Nur bei einem Mindestaufenthalt von 7 Nächten. Wochenendpreise sind 450 pro Nacht. Sie werden dieses Hotel lieben !!!
Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Bahnhof in Verbindung mit Reisen San Diego Bereichen obwohl die meisten Gäste bleiben und genießen Sie alles, Encinitas zu bieten hat. Die Casual-Lifestyle ruft Visionen von endlosen Sommer, schöne Strände, ganzjährig Gärten. Die Bewohner wissen, wie das Leben zu genießen und verbringen die meiste Zeit im Freien, da das Wetter ist nahezu perfekt. Encinitas ist stolz auf ihre historischen Innenstadt und lebendige Gemeinschaft. Beginnend im Jahr 1928 das La Paloma Theatre (5 Minuten zu Fuß) Gastgeber der Eröffnung des "Cohens Und Kely in Paris" von Mary Pickford (Americas Sweetheart) und anderen Hollywood-Starlets Attended, die die Bühne zieren weiterhin neuere als Jay Leno, Timothy Leary und ich besuchte die Aufführung, wo die Band Switchfoot "entdeckt wurde. Sie halten noch einmal im Jahr Surf-Nutzen-at Moonlight Beach und durchzuführen, am Nachmittag, wo eine Umarmung Stufe wird für sie eingerichtet und es ist alles Spaß. Obwohl Moonlight Beach mit allem als Strand bezeichnet wird, gehören zu den anderen begehbaren Stränden Swamis, die für immer in den Beach Boys "Surfin USA" verewigt sind.
Die andere Einheit im Duplex steht auch für die gleichzeitige Anmietung großer Gruppen zur Verfügung. Für weitere Informationen wenden Sie sich an den Eigentümer. Sommer (Sa bis Sa.), Ferien- und Ferienwochen sind 500 pro Nacht, werden jedoch näher am Ankunftstag reduziert.

Great Stay

This property is the perfect location for walking everywhere...surf beach, family beach, and town. The property manager was super accommodating to our request to check in early as we were coming from another property near by and wanted to bring by our fridge food early. There were wet suits and surf boards to use, boogie boards and sand toys...really perfect for everyone in our family. We had a great time!

Overall, the house was in a great location. Easy walk to the stairs that go down to the beach. Furnishings need to be updated and many things didnt work or were broken. Communication was slighly weird but Sharon did her best. Was worth the price at the time.

Great Location, Bad Cockroaches

Great location, owner needs to properly clean the property prior to rentals. Needs to update the property in many aspects and not rely solely on the location. On arrival found several cockroaches in the silverware drawer, spent the next two hours prior to my two little kids arriving washing dishes with crust and spots on them. Super gross and not acceptable, and definitely not luxury. Otherwise location is really good but doesn't make up for the general run down condition of the property and the lack of cleaning.

I am so sorry about your complaint, the city worked on the sewer system so this whole area was having problems because we don't think they secured the connection. My neighbors and I have cleaned and treated our accesses to the sewer and were thinking all was well. We will now be contacting the city to fix the problem. You should have called me or told me even before I left and I would have gladly sent someone to take care of any of the resulting problems. Again, I apologize and If you would trust me for another stay it would be of no charge.

Raw Sewage Backup. Unable to use toilet until DAY 3 and shower until DAY 4. No compensation offered

Stay was June 12th, 2021 (5 nights). Currently a case number is active with VRBO Health and Safety to investigate this issue. Details of the series of events with picture evidence has been provided for their investigation. Raw Sewage back-up in the lower bathroom (toilet and shower/bath) prevented us from using the toilet until DAY 3 and shower/bath until DAY 4. Sharon (owner) did not address this issue adequately or in a timely manner. Sharon did not apologize or offer any compensation during our stay. This is an ongoing chronic issue as evidenced by a note by each toilet in caps and bold print "WHEN POSSIBLE! PLEASE USE TRASH CAN FOR TOILET PAPER the large tree across the alley has grown into the sewer system". This was not disclosed in the VRBO listing. If it had been disclosed, we would not have rented this place.

Replied In the morning of your arrival the toilets were scrubbed, cleaned, flushed along with the bathtubs and all of the sinks and are cleaned by multiple gallons of water and there was no problem whatsoever with the plumbing. The roots from the trees impact the area at the corner adjacent to our property Where the trees are. There was a Problem on the other side of The duplex several years ago which was resolved and there have been no problems since then but as a reminder for any sewer system what you put in the toilet should does not include extra items like baby wipes, tampons etc.. The liquid that I put in the toilet and then taped the lid closed and having it to set overnight does not and cannot destroy roots so there were obviously no roots in the toilet. It was clogged by whatever you put in it. I could’ve but did not ask for you to be billed for fixing the problem so I think you should be thankful for that. Signed, Sharon Runager 2 weeks ago

Great surf bday celebration

We came down to San Diego for my son‘s 16th birthday. Location was fantastic between downtown Encinitas and D St. beach access! They are walkable to any place you want to be within five minutes. High traffic area if that bothers you but it was perfect for us! Can’t wait to say again!

Perfectly Positioned

There is simply no better location than this! We were able to walk the block to spot check and surf D Street and visit Moonlight beach very easily. Borrowed the soft top while our son used his own surfing seaside each morning. There are old cruiser bikes, but Charlie’s rents some cool fat tire ebikes very close by. All the cafes and restaurants and shops are a block away - gelato around the corner. Encinitas has it all - and though it’s on a charming and sweet residential street, this place is in the middle of it! The young cousins (15-25 yo) would all hang out near our place though grandparents big 80th bday celebration was two miles away. The rooms downstairs are very spacious and have a large bathroom to share but each have their own vanity. Very comfortable beds with plenty of extra bedding if needed. Every room has a ceiling fan but it being Spring, the cross breezes made the place airy. The master suite has a vanity separate front the bath which makes a couple getting ready very easy, but the comfy high postered bed, I had to jump up to use at 5’3”, fun for some! The laundry machines are big and easy to use but the door to the space needs a little work. The kitchen is a small but functional galley style that is opened to the living and dining room in a way that made entertaining our extended family for a meal very easy with lots of seating and high ceilings - it’s a spacious and light filled area. Loved the balcony for morning coffees and afternoon drinks and thumbing through some of the cool coffee table books. We even sunned ourselves on the private front patio - sand free for a day. There is Roku tv in every room and WiFi is strong throughout the place. Sharon has decorated the place with such a nice coastal vibe it really feels like a lovely, family beach home. We look forward to our next stay!

Location and wonderful host!

2 blocks from literally everything!? We found surfing at D street, taco stand, surf shops, juiceries, parks, live music, and made some new friends. The house is a duplex but you’d never know. Parking is off the street. Showers outside for rinsing the sand off. Private patio area with power. The street is a little busy. Fridays and Saturday’s were a bit louder and we needed earplugs. The home is sweet and feels like you’re staying with a dear relative. Would recommend!

Two blocks from the beach and two blocks to downtown! We had a great family vacation and really enjoyed the outdoor entertaining area. We will come back next summer!

Great getaway

Sharon and her wonderful property made out trip great. We had absolutely everything that we needed, from all of the kitchen supplies, to the extra bath towels and blankets, to the garage full of beach supplies and bikes, to the beach bags/beach towels. There is even a rolling cart to aid in getting stuff to the beach easily. The place is very roomy and we loved the outdoor seating on the two balconies and the large front patio. The beds were very, very comfy!! The location is perfect! Just a few steps from the beach in one direction and just a few steps from all of the shops, restaurants, bars on main street in the other direction. Sharon was an awesome host, easy to communicate with and was very sweet to work with us on a couple of things as we were coming and going. I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice property and wonderful location

This house was very nice and located near everything in Encinitas. There are 3 beds in the house and we thought there was also a sofa bed, but there was not. Sharon was more than willing to help if we had questions or would have really needed anything. Didn’t use any of the toys , etc from the garage or the kitchen much but it is all well appointed.

Location is amazing!!!

This property is stocked with everything you need! The garage is full of bikes, water toys, wet suits,etc. The patio is a great large space to have dinner or just enjoy the weather. We all really liked the layout of the property with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and the second floor has the kitchen, living space, and the master. We had 6 people stay for the weekend and we never felt on top of each other.

I am a mother of three grown children and being a grandmother is amazingly wonderful and they all love the beach. I live in the neighboring town of Del Mar but we all love staying in Encinitas. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere and being able to walk to the never ending fun things to do. I have guests that return to visit regularly, and I will do my best to make you one of them.

I think this beach area is one of the very best in all of California. Know for its casual friendly atmosphere and places to shops. At the corner you will find mouth watering pizza by the slice, and white table clothed tables on the corner serving great Italian food. There are casual restaurants but has also many up-scale restaurants and bars to chat and meet the locals and visitors to the area. It is about 8 miles to Legoland.

From this location you can walk or ride the bikes everywhere. It's an incredable walk or ride to the south where you can watch the many surfers from the cliff catch the waves. You can also grab a board at the house and try it yourself. Boogie boarding is easy and must for all and will get you going to the beach every day with a smile on your face.
