Newer renter of single family home in North Wildwood for weekly rentals (Monday to Friday) for Summer 2023. Offseason (before Memorial Day and after Labor Day) house is open for full week rentals.

Located on 17th street, this spacious 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath home is designed as an upside down house. Newly renovated kitchen with brand new appliances, living area with entrance to large deck is located on second floor of the house, and 4 bedrooms located on first floor. Living area includes cable TV.

House sleeps 8 people. Master bedroom with full bathroom has a queen size bed. Bedroom #2 is a perfect space for children with a set of bunk beds, 1 single bed up top and full down bottom. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed. Linens provided. 3 bedrooms include smart TV with Netflix available.

Outside shower available with hot and cold water. Driveway parking for 2 to 3 cars. Outside has patio seating and hammock.

We do prefer families and ask that the responsible person(s) are at least 25 years old. No smoking inside house. No pets allowed.

House is a 12 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to watch a gorgeous sunset at the bay, close to boardwalk, local restaurants and bars.

Please note, this is my third year listing property for rental after owning it for 20 years as a family vacation home, which is the reason for lack of reviews.
