LOVE this location and this condo. Have rented it many times and adore working with the Thurmond's. They are very responsive and super helful. Clean, comfortable, great views, and convenient to everything. Cant way to stay again next year!

Had a great stay after Labor Day. The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony is great! Access to the beach and pool resumes convenient and accessible! Close to everything! The host and check in process are 5 stars!!!I would stay again.

The condos location was great. Just a few steps from the beach. The on site security guy named Danny was extremely nice and very attentive to all guests. The condo itself was clean but in desperate need of updates. The kitchen size and layout made it difficult for two people to be in it at a time.

We do want to clarify that our listing provides the condo’s square footage and includes numerous photos of the interior, layout, pool, amenities, and beachfront location so guests can get a good feel for the property before booking. The pool’s lack of shade is also visible in the listing photos. As this is a gulf-front condominium building with multiple units, some ambient noise is to be expected, particularly during the busy summer season. The property was at an amazing location right on the beach. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are a few beach chairs and boogy boards you can borrow, but only a few and it’s first come first served. Otherwise you can bring your own or rent some from the service on the beach. The condo has the basics you’ll need for your stay, but there was no sponge in the kitchen like the listing stated, and the towel count in the bathroom was off(listing stated there were old be two wash cloths and two hand towels per bathroom but there were three wash cloths and only one hand towel. Overall our stay was great!

Amazing location. Unit located conveniently next to the stairwell on the 2nd floor. We messaged the host with a question and were answered back immediately. Great beach access. The security guard is very friendly, personable, and keeps an eye on everything. The view was spectacular. Great balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee. Will definitely book this one again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the check-in process was easy and smooth. We stayed here for Fourth of July weekend and it was the perfect location. You could see the fireworks from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again. The only con was the pullout sofa. My seven-year-old grandson would not even sleep on it. So if you are planning to use the pullout sofa to sleep on, I do not recommend. But to use it as a couch it was very comfortable. Also, if you are a fan sleeper, make sure you bring your own. There are no fans in the rooms.
