Mein Name ist Lee Ann und ich besitze diese wunderschöne Wohnung in Destin West. Ich lebe in Destin und vermiete alles selbst und putze meine Wohnung persönlich, nachdem jeder Gast gegangen ist. In vielen Fällen treffe ich meine Gäste beim Einchecken und hatte wundervolles Glück mit so tollen Gästen, die meinen Platz sehr schön halten. Im Jahr 2011 habe ich einen neuen Teppich eingelegt und die gesamte Wohnung neu gestrichen. Es sieht fabelhaft aus und ist sehr geschmackvoll und "beachy" dekoriert !! Lesen Sie weiter, um einige der großartigen Funktionen meines Ortes zu sehen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Kingsize-Bett sowie ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Wir haben auch einen geschlossenen Schlafraum mit zwei Etagenbetten für die Kinder! Sie haben ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Keramikdusche. Die Höhle hat ein NEUES Schlafsofa, das als zusätzlicher Schlafbereich genutzt werden kann. Das Gerät bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder bequem.

Der beste Teil dieses Ortes ist die Millionen-Dollar-Ansicht. Unser perfekter Ort überblickt das kristallklare Wasser des Golfs und das bodenlose Blau der Küste. Sie werden auf jeden Fall die unvergesslichsten Sonnenuntergänge Ihres Lebens auf unserem wunderschönen Balkon genießen oder unsere freundlichen Delfine am Ufer spielen sehen, während Sie eine Oase der Ruhe erleben, die ihresgleichen sucht. Wir haben hart gearbeitet, um sicherzustellen, dass alles perfekt für den Urlaub Ihrer Träume ist.

Walton Beach und 3 Meilen westlich von Destin. Sehr ruhige Lage mit außergewöhnlich schöner Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko. Bleiben Sie eine Woche oder fragen Sie in den Wintermonaten nach Sonderangeboten.

Mit dem Mietvertrag haben Sie auch Zugang zu dem Resort, das sich direkt nördlich der Wohnung befindet und über einen Lazy River Pool und andere Einrichtungen verfügt. Es wurde ein begehbarer Weg gebaut, der die beiden Resorts miteinander verbindet und es sehr einfach macht, alle Ihre Bedürfnisse sicher und effizient zu erfüllen.

Sie werden nie wieder in Ihr Auto steigen müssen, wenn Sie in unserem Resort angekommen sind. Alles ist so bequem mit der Okaloosa Island Boardwalk zu Fuß erreichbar sowie viele ausgezeichnete Restaurants der Wahl. Einige unserer Lieblingsrestaurants sind Floyd's Seafood House, Pandora's und Anglers. Sie sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great Gulf Side Condo in Destin West

Our family really enjoyed staying at this condo. It’s on 2nd flr and has little view of the Gulf and a big view of the pool area. Great for family of 4 with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the lazy river and water fall that is located on the inland side. Owner was fantastic from start to finish. Would definitely stay again.

Picture perfect and great location

Lee Ann was great! Always easy to contact and reply to any concerns. The condo was very clean and the property itself very well maintained. Beautiful views and easy access to pool or beach. Lee Ann had provided samples of dishwasher and laundry detergent and had TP and hand soap in place on arrival which was greatly appreciated. Parking was easily accessible and it was so convenient to have carts at facility entrance next to the elevator to move your luggage in and out. This is also a great location for access to main attractions ( pier and Gulfarium) as well as shopping and restaurants. We will be back! Thanks for an awesome experience!

Lovely Beach Trip

My favorite part was the umbrella and chairs set up on beach that was included in the rental. We loved having a spot reserved and all set up for us. Also we loved how close it was to the beach, pretty much just a 5 min walk. Condo was great, everything we needed except there was no blow dryer, make sure to bring your own. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Loud at times

LeAnn is very responsive. She called to introduce herself and to give me her direct phone number before I arrived since she doesn't use a management company.The condo is centrally located to elevators and stairs on the 2nd floor however, this also causes occasional echoing noise coming in around the door that doesn't seal when closed. I communicated with LeAnn the knives are dull and don't cut, and the double doors to balcony are difficult to open. She said they would remedy, but did not while I was there. The angle view of the ocean is minimal as this condo is set back from beach overlooking the pool/hot tub area, but still a nice view of the area. The lazy river is located at Destin West Bayside across the 3rd floor bridge over Miracle Strip Pkwy. The bed has a thick foam topper that made the bed really soft. There's boogie and skim boards, and pool toys in the bedroom closet. There's a couple pool towels in the hall drawers and a water filter on the kitchen sink. I would stay here again.

Love it!!

We have stayed at the complex many times. This is our first time staying in this condo and it was very clean and well supplied with the stuff you need. The washing machine and dryer were very clean as well. They had everything prepared for our stay. I love the fact that they were just off the elevator so you weren’t constantly walking down long hallways all the time. And they’re not far from the parking garage. It was the perfect location. The condo was decorated very cute. My only four complaints are:1. there wasn’t any Tupperware containers that you could just store leftover food. 2. There is no place to put your groceries. All the cabinets are filled in the kitchen with dishes and there is not a pantry or a cabinet that you could put your food in. So we had a store our groceries on the counter which just ends up getting really cluttered up when you have a family of five. 3. The closet is filled halfway up with cleaning supplies so there’s no place to put your luggage. So we were constantly tripping over suitcases whether you were in the bunk room or in the bedroom.4. The TV in the family room has 6 to 8 remotes with no instructions on how to just watch TV. It took us a while, trying all the remotes and trying to figure out which app to go to, to just watch the TV. The one in the bedroom was perfectly fine. So I guess it really isn’t a problem just annoying.Other than that, the place was an amazing place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

The rental process was simple and straightforward, Leanne was an amazing hostess. Responded immediately to any questions I had and offered ideas of things for us to do and check out while we were there. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay there. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil, appliance, pan etc we could think of. I had 4 teenagers with me and we all fit comfortably in the condo. The condo has beach service provided which was an added bonus to our stay. Great location to the boardwalk and pier. We really enjoyed our time there and thank you to Leanne for making sure we had everything we needed and just simply making it one less thing I had to worry about.

Wonderful Condo & Excellent Location

The owner of this property is amazing to communicate with and first class all the way. The condo was just as described and in great condition. We enjoyed the quick access to the pools and beach each day, as trying to get three little ones moving can be quite the chore in itself!! Beach chair and umbrella service each day was easy and painless!! Would highly recommend renting this condo!! Short walk to the boardwalk for dining each evening or a quick drive to Harbor Village in Destin as well.

Great Condo & Nice Property Owner

We have stayed at Destin West Gulfside & Bayside 8 out of the last 10 years. This was a very nice condo. It was clean & well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need much better than most condos. The best in the masterbedroom was very comfortable to me. The property owner was very friendly & helpful. The only tiny thing i needed was a hairdryer, the condo didn't have one (i assumed it would) and i didnt bring mine, not a big deal but just so you know to bring your own. I would be happy to stay here again.

I am originally from Alabama but moved to the beautiful gulf coast in 1982. I am a mortgage loan originator in the local Destin area and have been since 1983. I personally do all of my own rentals and am here every week to do the cleaning myself. I make sure my condo is as clean as my own home.
