The Space: Once a 2 bedroom/combo unit and BUT NOW A 1 BEDROOM STANDALONE CARRIAGE HOUSE, ‘Condon Carriage House’ has recently been updated and certainly ideal for groups of 2 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom. Located off of Rutledge Ave in beautiful Hampton Park, location and parking won't be an issue here!

Accessed by its own entrance/exit, the carriage house is a standalone at the back of a larger main house property, accommodating both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware included. The carriage house is equipped with its own flat screen TV and queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, or feel free to use your own during your stay.Guest Access: *Please read description fully before booking*

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!

*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*

Summer Cabana Pricing (April 1 - September 30)
* $300 food and beverage minimum Monday - Thursday

* $1000 food and beverage minimum Saturdays & Sundays
