Spacious dining table and stocked kitchen for nights you want to cook at home. 3 bedrooms (queen bed, queen bed, and 2 twins) as well as a new queen sofa bed in the living room. 2 full baths. An outdoor enclosed shower to wash off after a day at the beach. House is stocked with plenty of beach equipment (small boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, and beach cart), kids bikes, as well as some games and puzzles. 4 beach tags are included. Second floor unit so no footsteps above your head to interfere with your sleep. Central air, wireless internet throughout, new smart TVs in every bedroom plus the living room, and a garage for storage or parking.

Guests will need to provide their own beach, bath, kitchen, and hand towels and linens (2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen sofa bed). Limited paper products provided (generally one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and paper towels).

For the safety of all guests, one outdoor only camera is installed (not hidden).
