Wraparound Balcony provides Gorgeous Gulf Views from Every Room

From its wraparound balcony, the condo features unparalleled views of the Gulf. Occupants can see up and down the beach from sunrise to sunset. The ocean is visible from all rooms and each bedroom has direct access to the balcony. Our family purchased this unit because it was our favorite in well over a decade of visiting the area.

The unit is located on the 7th floor. It is a corner unit so it has a broader view than many condos. The complex has private access to the beach.

The condominium can comfortably host 8 occupants. The master bed has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom features a bunk bed, with a twin bed on top and a full-sized bed on bottom. There is also a full sized trundle bed available. The family room includes a sleep sofa.

The entire condominium complex is undergoing a renovation. Building B, where our unit is located, completed renovations in June 2024. Building A will complete renovations in May 2025. The outdoor pool is closed until that time. The indoor pool remains open. There is still easy access to the beach.
