Beach Cottage, 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom Beach Cottage, if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!
This cottage is a separate house at the rear of the Beach house. It does not have ocean views from the cottage. The Cottage has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and Ocean Front deck. It has a flatscreen television, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a king bed in the bedroom. There is also a queen blow-up mattress for one person in the living room.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and all dishes/utensils. There is air conditioning throughout unit.
You are steps away from the beach. We have 3 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use to bring down to the beach.
Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the shared deck in front of the main house. Wake up to an unimaginable sunrise over the ocean.
This beach cottage is custom decorated with a costal décor. There is a deck in front of the house on the boardwalk that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the deck having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
Your rental stay comes with 1 designated parking space.

Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

Cute Cottage-excellent location

We enjoyed our stay in this super cute cottage. It was well equipped and an excellent location. Conveniently close to everything-walk directly out to the boardwalk, beach and many great restaurants. Having beach chairs and an umbrella was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the board games in the cottage.

Late Summer Beach Trip

Nice little place. Would benefit from some room darking shades at night and a few more places to set belongings other than the floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Being on the boardwalk is great and very convenient. Most everything is within walking distance. Having the shared umbrellas and chairs for the beach is great.

Amazing time!!

This property is the perfect location. You are right on the boardwalk but it’s not at the hectic side. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and spotless. We had everything we needed. There’s a nice deck right on the boardwalk with chairs to just relax. We will definitely be booking again next year. Thank you so much for making our vacation amazing!!!

First time in ocean City

This little cottage was perfect for the two of us, great location to everything, and close to the beach, and also liked have access to beach umbrellas. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfast and we cooked one dinner in. Air conditioning worked good. Liked having the deck on the boardwalk, we used that in the evening to watch people. The bedroom could use a dresser to put things in, but bed was pretty comfortable. The lights shinned through the blinds it was pretty bright. But would definitely recommend this place, nice having the property manager on site, but we didn't have any problems.

Ocean City Vacation

The accommodations were fine and the location was good and the owners were great to work with. The only negative was the amount of noise we experienced. Some of that was due to an annual classic car show that was being held on the weekend we stayed. The car owners would cruise around the island, revving their engines well past midnight. In the morning around 5:30 the garbage trucks would go through the neighborhood emptying the dumpsters which was pretty loud. These things may not bother others but we found it difficult to get rest when we needed it.

Close to the beach but no beach view

Great VRBO if you're looking to be within walking distance of the OC MD Boardwalk, but I got confused by the photos and thought we would have a beach view; instead, this location is at the back of the house. Also, be forewarned that a garbage truck comes at 5 AM and 6 AM. I'm a light sleeper, so earplugs didn't work out.

Martin & Lynda Graham. We love the water and the beach. This is our future retirement home that we are sharing with families to enjoy family time together as we do.
We reside in the Finger Lakes region of NY where we work full time. We have five beautiful children and three grandchildren. We love to spend time with our family at the beach, boating, and sking. We especially like to cook and have family meals together.
Our son, Sean Conner, is the Property Manager for our BeachView Apartments. He will help check you in and provide your parking passes as well as be around during your stay for any questions or help you may need.
Because this is our family beach home, we do not allow seniors to stay during senior week or large groups who wish to party at the beach. Our beach house is for family-oriented guests who want to spend time together, enjoy the beach, go golfing and have fun on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. We do require quiet hours between 10pm and 8am for our guests.
