Private Rio Grande River access is just across the street where you can enjoy fishing the Gold Medal waters this area offers. Inside, this home is open and spacious, with an all-wood interior, high, cathedral ceilings supported by wood beams, comfortable furniture, and lots of natural light throughout. The wood-burning stove is a great way to bring a rosy atmosphere to your next dinner party, and the full kitchen has everything you need to prepare a fantastic meal to enjoy over the wood dining table. Outside, the kids will have plenty of space to romp around with the family dog, and you can toast marshmallows over the firepit.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
