Newly built July 2020 townhouse with private patio and modest back yard. 3 bedrooms upstairs with Queen size beds. 2 bedrooms have balconies. Each room has it's own full bathroom w/ soaking tub. Large closets in each room along with a smart TV in each room and free wi-fi. Full size washer / dryer inside the unit. Large living room and spacious kitchen. 1/2 bath on 1st floor for your convenience. 2 car garage with excess parking in front. Kitchen has all amenities you will need for your stay. Sleeps 6 comfortably w/ room for a blow-up to accommodate 8. Close to food and shopping.
H-E-B 2 miles away surrounded by restaurants. All sports arenas within 2-4 miles.

Great stay for football weekend

Jason is great host-very helpful and has a great place to stay- I highly suggest staying here for any Texas A&M activities as it's close to campus and very clean and comfortable !

Super clean

Property is super clean and very well stocked and very well maintained. And the pictures don’t do it justice as there is a lot more space in the living room and kitchen then it may lead you to believe. Definitely a great place to stay!

College Graduation Stay

Beautiful, clean and roomy. My family stayed here three days for my daughter's college graduation. Kitchen was well stocked and so nice to have 3 and a half bathrooms! Highly recommend!!

Liv'n the Aggie Dream

Went there for an Aggie wedding. Great location, place was well stocked and equipped. Very nice having access to the garage. I would definitely use this place again next time I visit for graduation.

Lovely stay at Aggieland

This was an awesome place to stay. I went with my family to an event at A&M, very close to this place. The space is cozy, clean, and welcoming. Jason was a great host as well. He was accommodating to our needs. Would book this place again.

Clean and comfortable

We stayed in College Station for graduation week, and were very happy with our stay. The property was located in a nice area and it was easy to get to everything we needed. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The property owner was nice and easy to get in touch with.

Clean, Spacious, and Comfortable

This was exactly what our family needed to spread out with all of our children into three bedrooms. The home is very clean, comfortable beds, modern kitchen, and very spacious. Highly recommend this house for anyone who needs a little space while staying the College Station area.

Perfect location and house

Our family was visiting our daughter for a ceremony at Texas A&M. The house was in a perfect location close to all activities. Super clean, great beds. Host was responsive on the spot for one question. I highly recommend it.

Troubadour Wknd

My friends and I came down to College Station for the Troubadour Festival, usually we let the ladies do our booking but it fell to me, so I was a little worried. But I was complimented on finding one of the nicest accommodations we've ever had. Super clean, spacious, and well within distance to everything we needed. The host Jason was very nice and attentive. 10/10 we will be staying here again next year.

Awesome Experience!

We had 8 adults in our group and stayed here for my daughter’s ring dunk that was held at a local bar. The property was so clean and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a 1/2 bath downstairs. We had a little “pregame” before we went to the ring dunk and there was plenty of room to spread out and visit with everyone. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks and meals. Jason was extremely easy to work with and very responsive answering all of my many questions I had prior to our stay. The location is great! Very close to A&M campus, restaurants, groceries, etc. I would highly recommend staying here whenever you are visiting College Station.

We purchased this property for our children and they lived there one year before graduating. Built brand new in July '20 and I selected this property and specific location because the 6 units in the section are almost all privately owned and occupied by children of the owners. I selected the middle townhouse so the unit is protected by weather on both sides. I love the size, 1800+ square feet, the rooms are good size and each room has a large closet and full bathroom. The builder was smart enough to put a 1/2 bath on the first floor for easy access by residents and guests. It's a great property!
