BOATERS: The house has a 25k pound lift available for use by tenant. Additionally, there are two in water docking slips available for guests should you want to invite others to visit by boat. 2 30amp outlets located on the dock.
**NOTE** Our house was a victim of Hurricane Helene and took on 3' of storm water. We had the walls & floors removed, chemically treated for sterilization, electric below the water line redone, all new kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathroom vanities, closet system, floors, furniture, and fixtures.
The home is a 2bd/2ba tropical oasis. The master bedroom has a brand new (as of 7/25) split king tempurpedic adjustable bed with an independent bed chiller/warmer on each half of the bed. Master walk-in closet with his/hers drawers and plenty of hanging space. The washer/dryer are conveniently located in the master bedroom walk-in closet. Master bath has his/her sinks. Master toilet has a heated bidet toilet seat and a 4 x 4 walk-in shower (perfect for people with mobility issues) with both a hand held adjustable shower head as well as a Kohler "Real Rain" in-ceiling feature.
The guest bed is a queen Murphy bed with a full size Casper Memory Foam Mattress. This room also doubles as a gym and office. There is a tonal system on the wall along with a host of other workout products. There is also a chill tub located on the back porch for those into health and fitness. It is connected to a chiller and can be set to your desired temperature.
Guest Bathroom has a full length walk-in shower and the toilet has a heated bidet seat installed (you don't know you need one until you don't have one ).
We also provide a Frontgate inflatable bed that expands into a queen bed on legs. It is located in the garage and can be set up in under 10 mins. For reviews and description of this bed please go to the Frontgate website and look up the Frontage Inflatable EZ Bed. The owner's parents who are in the 70s sleep on it annually and find it to be very comfortable.
The house is supplied water through a whole house Reverse Osmosis system and supplies water to all fixtures and faucets. There is a remineralization filter on both the Kitchen faucet and the ice maker to create healthy drinking water.
The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could ever need. Including PolyScience Sous Vide, a bread machine, a pasta maker, steam oven, All-Clad copper core D5 pots and hex clad pans, All of the appliances (refrigerator, commercial style gas stove, microwave and dishwasher) are KitchenAid. Voice activated Kohler Konnect faucet. Additionally, there is a Scotsman undercounter gourmet ice maker next to the refrigerator.
Our furniture is all from Restoration Hardware including a brand new Lancaster sectional couch in the living room. The living room has a brand-new custom built-in shelving unit, 65" Samsung 8k TV (2020) with streaming service, and LED fireplace (2025). The back patio boasts an RH couch, 2 RH chairs, and 2 Adirondack chairs as well as a 55" TV with Streaming Services. Our interior doors are all custom 5 panel wood doors with Baldwin Brass door hardware and the interior walls are insulated to help reduce noise bleed between rooms.
There is a Yoder Y640s pellet grill available for use by guests (to include the pizza oven insert as well as a griddle - great for making pizzas, breakfast and smash burgers). We also provide 2 touring paddle boards, 2 electric beach cruisers, and a host of board games.
The entire home/back patio is serviced by a voice activated Sonos system with surround sound in the living room. Additionally the house is "smart" (maybe too smart).
Maid Service is provided every two weeks and the Pet Butler comes once a week to clean up after the dog. The backyard is well landscaped with lush tropical foliage (for 2026, the landscaping had to be redone after the flood so it is in its early stages of growth) and the backyard "grass" is synthetic dog park grass.
All countertop edges are rounded to help people with mobility issues avoid bruising or being hurt by running into them. The master bathroom shower is a walk-in with no step up and can accommodate a walker or wheelchair.
Last, there is a 240v Lvl2 EV Charger and the house is solar equipped with a backup Tesla PowerWall.
In that we live in this house 7-8 months out of the year and it is our "forever home" there really isn't a detail that has been overlooked.
Owner will pay all utilities to include: Water, Electricity (up to $200/mos - house has a solar panel system), Streaming TV Subscription. Owner also covers the biweekly cleaning fee as well as landscaping and the twice a week dog waste butler service. We do not allow smoking in the house. You may smoke on the back porch but an additional cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the house). Dogs are allowed but unfortunately, due to owner allergy, cats are not allowed.

If you are looking for more than just a vacation, this is the house for you. Typically when you rent a home through these services, you are renting a home that is dedicated to being rented. In contrast, this is our home. We live here 7 to 8 months out of the year and it is our forever home. Unlike other rentals, our home is stocked with high end appliances, dishes, towels, sheets, and all the things you think you would have at your disposal in your own home. This is truly a carefree vacation. No need to concern yourselves with whether the beds will be comfortable, we believe in optimal sleep. The master bed has an adjustable split king TempurPedic. Our sheets and comforter covers are from Boll & Branch and the mattresses are covered with a pad that allows you to set the temperature between 55 and 110 degrees.

Our location is unlike almost any other. By being on the end of a finger, we have views of open water where you can watch dolphin and manatees playing and living. Our double dock has 20k pound boat lift for your use as well two guests slips in case your friends with boats want to visit by water The house boasts solar panels and a battery backup in the unlikely event there is a power outage the main appliances and master suite will still receive power. Additionally the house is automated and through simple voice commands you can set the mood to whatever hits you at the moment.
