2,100 sq ft Chalet style home overlooking mountains, garden and large front yard. 3 Bedrooms, sleeping loft. Total of 9 sleeping arrangements up to 11 adults. Spacious King size master bedroom with connected master bath located 2nd floor off of cozy loft sleeping 2 adults on twin trundle, overlooking main living area with views of mountains. Master bedroom has twin trundle, total sleeping in master bedroom is 4 adults. Main level 1 Queen bedroom with full bath across hall. ROOM UPDATE Main level Twin bunk w/ pop up twin. Configured; 3 twins or twin over king. Apple computer with windows capabilities (wireless WiFi). Connection slow due to location. Outdoor Gas’s operated BBQ off of dinning area on front deck. Outdoor eating on front deck, in covered screened deck area, or fire pit. Fire pit front yard near garden. End of July and beginning of Aug enjoy fresh strawberries and raspberries from patches near green house. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely stocked. We proudly show pictures of living human beings in different stages of development. As Christian’s we believe in equal rights and equal protection for all humans, regardless of their location, age of development, disability, race, sex, or how they were conceived. Blue room has free materials geared to educating the value of preborn humans created in the image of God. Owners frequently on property attending to lawn care, watering plants etc. If not on property owners are reachable by phone and will care for any issues with property within 24hr or less.

We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is outfitted very well. Quiet neighbors and beautiful views. Only 10 minutes to Palmer for groceries or great places to eat. We only used top master and first floor queen bed. Both bathrooms are great with walk in showers. You really feel at home. We had a problem of our making with the WiFi and it was resolved quickly and kindly!!! You can’t go wrong staying here.

Awesome place with incredible views

Beautiful Home in Central Location

The location of this beautiful home was a great home-base for day trips to explore during our first visit to Alaska. There was plenty of room for my husband and I, 2 teens and a grandpa. The kitchen/bbq area was stocked with all cooking tools we needed to create our nightly meals.

Everything was perfect !!!!! The house and location are amazing !!! It was great for our group of 10. The only thing that could have been better was if the peacocks could not have access to the deck, they were messy.

Sorry about the Peacocks 🦚 they are beautiful and yet messy. We built the deck for our guests to admire the birds. The birds think it’s their perch. We are trying to figure that out so both birds and guests can enjoy the deck. Thankfully we have a large wrap around deck in the front. Glad everything else was “perfect “ for your group. . Hosts were very friendly and responded promptly to any questions. Very well kept property. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals minus the food of course. The neighborhood is quiet and private. Great for a family gathering.

Wonderful Home

The house was beautiful and well kept. Our kids all enjoyed helping feed the birds and running around the big yard. The family pictures made it a more inviting atmosphere. Ken and Cindy were very nice and even allowed us to have our dog and use the dog run located outside the kitchen door. We didn't even mind that it wasn't as close to Anchorage as we thought because coming back to this home at the end of the day was worth it. We will definitely stay here again.
