We have stayed at two other properties at this location, in different buildings, and have always enjoyed the area. This property is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants.The interior was clean, comfortable, and furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen appeared to have been recently remodeled, although a couple of the cabinet doors would not close properly. The icemaker was also not working properly during our stay.Overall, we enjoyed the convenient location and comfortable accommodations and would consider staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location , no laundry in unit and master sink backed up everytime you used sink ( but you can fix that) other than that, really enjoyable

Everything was perfect A/C was cold, Pool was a great temperature and the Location is beautiful. If I could come up with one complaint the sliding glass door going out to the balcony was so hard to close my wife and kids couldn’t even do it.

Nice property in a terrific location. The condo was in good condition and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which does not seem common in air b&b's. Only criticism of the property is the sliding glass door to the balcony. The door was incredibly difficult to close and somewhat difficult to open and it would not lock. This was an inconvenience because we used the balcony a lot. The balcony has nice seating and a view of the Gulf. Other than this the property was nice. Clean pool and deck and the outside area was well taken care of. The beach could not be easier to walk to as the access is right across the street. There are a number of food and bar options within a very short walk, and of course everything else on 30A is just a very short and pleasant drive. Great stay and would definitely return!

The LOCATION was fantastic!!! Beautiful view, beach access right across the street, shops and restaurants all around in walking distance, Seaside down the road … The property could use a bit of updating, but overall it was perfect for our stay and the communication was excellent!

Just as described

The location is good and it’s just a short walk to get to the beach or pools. Around Easter it wasn’t too busy. We would stay here again!

Nice Property

Overall the property was nice, with plenty of parking as well as restaurants and shops in walking distance. The beach access was easy to access and there were multiple pools on the property to enjoy.

Fall Break

Loved the location easy to get to the beach and come up to the room if you needed too. Everything is so close which is really nice. Family friendly!
