Welcome to our cottage in the heart of Greer's historic downtown. This vintage home includes a fully stocked kitchen, 3 queen size beds, a full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. There is a large front porch and the small private back yard is fenced-in. Dogs are welcome! Our quiet street is within a short walk to Greer's downtown shops, restaurants, and the Greer City Park. We love Greer and enjoy sharing our cottage with visitors.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen Cottache von Molly und Kevin unglaublich genossen und fühlten uns direkt nach der Ankunft wie zu Hause.Alles war super sauber, die Küche war vollständig eingerichtet und es standen sogar diverse Snacks und Lebensmittel zur freien Verfügung bereit.Alles war so eingerichtet und darauf ausgerichtet, dass man als Gast einen möglichst schönen Aufenthalt hat.Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen, aber dennoch zentral- Main Street, Park und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar!Das schönste war allerdings: wir waren über Weihnachten in Greer und das Haus war für uns bereits festlich dekoriert worden - inklusive Weihnachtsbaum!Molly und Kevin waren großartige Gastgeber, sehr sympathisch und äußerst hilfsbereit. Ein klitzekleines Problem mit der Heizung wurde umgehend gelöst- großartig!Wir können jedem diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden definitiv wieder hier einkehren, wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind!!!!Vielen Dank für eines der besten Ferienhäuser, in denen wir je gewohnt haben!

Holly and her husband have been wonderful addressing any questions we had in a speedy manner. They know a lot about the area and have kept up a beautiful home with everything you could think of that you may need. We stayed for a week and were sad to leave! Our pup really enjoyed the fenced in back yard and my daughter enjoyed the food being cooked in the kitchen like as if we were at home. It is quiet at night, neighbors are friendly if you choose to speak with them. Thanks Holly and Kevin for a great stay!

Adorable Cottage

The house was very clean, & was thoughtfully supplied with everything we could need for our stay (minus meals). After sight-seeing in the nearby cute town, or after visiting friends, coming back to the cottage was so inviting & comforting. It was very easy to take care of while we were there bc everything is so well organized & anticipated. Holly was very quick & easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved this place! Loved the unexpected in Greer

I’d never been to Greer before this trip (had visited Greenville), so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Was surprised to locate a VRBO. Not only did we find this one, but what a delight! It gave our young adults the space they needed, we were close to our events, & discovered charming, walkable Greer in the process. Being greeted by festive seasonal decorations was an extra bonus. Definitely recommend.

Everything is perfect about this vacation home. Holly is wonderful to work with. The property is spotless and has everything you can need. The fenced backyard is great for pets. The house is also in walking distance to all the Greer fabulous restaurants and shopping. This is my favorite place to stay in the Greenville / Greer area.

Wonderfully appointed

Communication with Holly was top notch. We had a question during our stay and she responded in less than 5 minutes. All the little touches were so wonderful. We typically stay at 3-4 different VRBO properties in a year and this was the most well organized and stocked place we have ever stayed in. We loved that all the switches and other things were labeled and all the things that were provided. If we have the need to return to Greer will stay again, no question!

Beautifully updated home!

It was an easy walk downtown from this property, which is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood. While we loved the restaurants in Greenville, the owners’ recommendations in Greer (especially Select and Wild Ace Pizza) were perfect for an easy meal. It’s a beautifully decorated, very comfortable home and the responsiveness from Holly and her husband Kevin when we needed to communicate was really excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone!

What an awesome cottage-HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I can't say enough about Holly and her wonderful little cottage in Greer. Upon walking in my expectations were exceeded tenfold as it is so beautifully appointed in every way, and very spacious. Holly is an attentive owner and host, and she checked in with me several times to ensure I had everything I needed. I will certainly stay here again as my business takes me back to Greer. It's a wonderful find and I highly recommend this property, which alone would be terrific, but when you add Holly into the mix the stay here becomes a delight in every way. This is a for-real review, and I stay in many VRBO properties on my personal and business travels. Thanks Holly-will see you again for sure. THANK YOU!

They hosts thought of everything you would need for a week-long stay! Our stay was not the vacation we had planned due to a medical emergency with my husband. Our adult children surprised us with their presence and stayed with us on the property. Host was wonderful, brought us fresh picked strawberries and flowers. We are coming back in September! Greer, amazing Greer!

We had an amazing stay! Holly has considered all items necessary to have amazing accommodations. You will not have to worry about stopping at a grocery store for soap or paper goods before getting to the rental. Her attention to detail is incredible. The dogs loved the place and the yard. We were able to walk into downtown Greer several times. Do not hesitate to rent from Holly. We will be back!

Charming Cottage!

Highly recommend staying here! Holly does such a wonderful job of making you feel at home. She has thought of everything that you could possibly need. Greer is such a charming little town with great restaurants. We also explored Greenville, which was also wonderful. Would definitely come back and stay here to explore the area some more.

Flawless in fall

Every effort, I mean EVERY effort was made for this home and this stay to be clean, comfortable, and cozy. 2 blocks from an enchanting downtown Greer, you can (and we did) walk to eat, to church, to a park! The neighborhood it is nestled in was excellent for early morning fall walks with our dog. Our delightful host was warm, communicative, and so helpful! We felt like honored guests! A perfect marriage between immaculate and inviting. It was so clean! 3 bedrooms clean and comfortable. A common bathroom and an additional 1/2 bath create convenience. The kitchen is updated with high end appliances and has been lovingly updated while keeping the historic feel. It has all the pieces needed to prepare any refreshments you may desire. All the towels and linens you might need, no stinginess! And last but not least, this home is not just pet friendly, it is pet welcoming! Pet food dishes are provided, and there is a doggy treat jar. The yard is full fenced and charmingly landscaped.

Perfect getaway in downtown Greer, SC

We had the best time here and Holly was so sweet and helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed, the attention to detail and extra amenities were above and beyond. We celebrated our anniversary here and there was a beautiful floral arrangement there when we arrived. We brought our two dogs with us and we enjoyed the fenced in back yard with them. It was so nice to be so close to downtown Greer, we walked several times from the house to Main Street and Greer city park. We will definitely recommend this house and hope to visit again someday soon.

Perfect Place to Stay

Driving to the cottage I knew I would be staying at a great place! The road was quite, no traffic and had houses with manicured gardens. Pulling into the driveway I noticed bushes and landscaping that I knew I would enjoy, and, I had my first glimpse of the fenced in back yard. This would be GREAT! As I entered the cottage I was greeted with hardwood floors, a spacious living room and three bedrooms which I promptly explored. I found a big comfy couch where I looked forward to taking a nap. Then I saw the kitchen. What a surprise, I found special bowls for ME and my favorite snacks! After a quick snack I went to the back yard, it was great to roam around. Going back inside I stopped in the kitchen for another snack. I decided to go out the front door and take a run down the lane. Apparently that is not appropriate. I got a ride back the cottage and took a nap on big sofa with my favorite blanket I had brought from home. I woke up and went for a walk through the neighborhood and was greeted by many people and dogs. I had another snack and yes another nap. My BEST FRIEND came to visit me (I was in Greer for his wedding, so exciting!) That night I wasn’t sure which bed to sleep in so I tried them all. All were VERY soft and made rest and sleep easy. I hope I go back there again soon, it was the perfect place to stay. I recommend a visit for you some day, you will be glad you did. Obediently, Archie (the dog) P.S. Charming property in excellent location

This house is a jewell, immaculate and well equipped. My 2 small dogs enjoyed the back yard. Quiet neighborhood, off street parking, good water pressure, you can walk to downtown Greer with all its great shops and restaurants and to City Park. Greenville is an eaay drive, as are several state parks. I will definitely return.

Welcome to our cottage! I used to live here when I worked at Greer Memorial Hospital as a nurse. I loved being able to walk to downtown Greer for dinner and shopping. I'd walk my dogs everyday in the neighborhood. I hope you enjoy staying at the cottage as much as I enjoyed living there.

Downtown Greer also offers culinary classes and concerts.
The cottage is also just 10 minutes from The GSP International airport and BMW, 20 minutes to downtown Greenville, and 25 minutes to downtown Spartanburg. The neighborhood is great for walking and for walking your dog(s).
Our street is normally quiet, but you may hear dogs barking and children playing in the during the day.
