Located between Nobadeer and Tom Nevers beaches, the property is accessed by a 2 mile stretch of dirt road that weaves through conservation land (Madequecham Valley). The cottage provides ample opportunities for beach-time, birdwatching, wildlife, barbequing and surfcasting. UPDATES FOR 2024: The kitchen has been stocked with a new set of GreenPans and a Nespresso Vertuo machine with milk frother. We have also provided a new king-sized bed in the master bedroom and a new (larger) coffee table in the living room.

The house, which is south-facing and bathed in sunlight, brings together both rustic charm and contemporary luxury. There are two exterior decks for sunbathing and outdoor grilling/dining. The house has been completely refurnished and offers modern amenities/linens. Kitchen and dining room features 18ft cathedral ceiling with breathtaking views of the sea. Living room features dual facing sofas, large coffee table for puzzles/games. Master bedroom features king bed and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom provides standard double bed, while third bedroom (loft) contains two twin beds -- perfect for children, teens or young adults. The house contains two bathrooms, one larger and one smaller (in the MBR), plus an outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor firepit.

Three items to note: 1) the property is part of a family compound and the driveway and beach stairs are shared with the adjacent house (20W MVR); 2) the 3rd bedroom loft is accessed by a bunk-bed-type ladder and is not suitable for very young children or older adults; and 3) the washer/dryer is located in an exterior shed. Pet approval on a case-by-case basis with supplemental security deposit (they must be house-trained, people-friendly and dog-friendly). AppleTV provided, along with WiFi.
