Unser Haus in Puerto Vallarta am Strand ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung in perfekter tropischer Lage. Genießen Sie den Sonnenuntergang von Ihrem Balkon aus und genießen Sie den Blick auf das ruhige blaue Wasser der Banderas Bay. Unsere Wohnung im Sea River Tower im ehemaligen Holiday Inn (jetzt Sunscape Resort) Puerto Vallarta liegt direkt am Herzen des Hotelviertels. Es ist ungefähr 10 Minuten Fahrt vom Stadtzentrum und 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Sie finden alle Annehmlichkeiten, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis zu machen. Unsere Ferienwohnung in Puerto Vallarta am Strand ist ungefähr 730 Quadratmeter groß und mit mexikanischem Flair dekoriert. Es verfügt über eine neue Klimaanlage, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, 1 Bad mit Waschbecken, die vom Duschbereich (Marmordusche mit Bank) getrennt sind, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche und einen Balkon mit Meer, Berg und Stadt Ansichten. Die teilweise Küche umfasst einen 2-Platten-Herd, eine Spüle, einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und alles, was Sie für das Frühstück auf dem Balkon oder ein romantisches Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang vorbereiten müssen.

Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen, darunter eine Kaffeekanne, ein Toaster, ein Entsafter, ein Mixer, ein Toaster, ein George Foreman Grill und ein elektrischer Grill auf dem Balkon, sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sind vorhanden.

Eine der Sofas im Wohnzimmer wurde so gestaltet, dass sie zu einem bequemen Queen-Schlafsofa wird (keine Metallstangen).

Von unserem großen Balkon im 15. Stock ist der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge fantastisch! Sie können die Innenstadt von Puerto Vallarta, die Süduferberge und die weite Ausdehnung der Bucht sehen. Wir sehen oft Delfine, die vor der Küste spielen. Unser Balkon ist ein großartiger Ort, um das Feuerwerk des Piratenschiffs, die Wale der Saison sowie die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten. Im Winter, wenn Sie die Balkontüren offen lassen können, können Sie nachts die Wellen brechen hören und tagsüber Wale beobachten.

Wir haben Außenjalousien auf dem Balkon, wenn die Sonne direkt scheint. Wir haben auch einen Deckenventilator auf dem Balkon für die warmen Tage und Abende. Nur wenige Eigentumswohnungen in unserem Gebäude verfügen über diese 2 Elemente. Wir haben auch einen Elektrogrill auf unserem Balkon, den Sie benutzen können.

Das Zimmermädchen reinigt 1 Mal pro Woche.

Der Bus in die Stadt hält direkt vor dem Einkaufszentrum La Isla direkt neben unserem Gebäude und ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von der Innenstadt entfernt. Oder Sie können ein Taxi nehmen.

Sie werden es lieben, in unserer Ferienwohnung am Strand von Puerto Vallarta mit herrlicher Aussicht zu übernachten.

We learned 3 days before arrival of several restrictions that were not in the original VRBO listing. Needless to say if these restrictions were known when renting, we would not have rented this property. Unfortunately, it was too late to cancel!! 1. Could not use the restaurants or bar unless we paid an additional $100 per person per day. 2. Could not go anywhere in the pool area including any evening activities after 7 pm. 3. Could not use tennis courts because we were not owners.

Perfect for me

I’ve been to PV many times and this location was great for me. The condo unit is located in an older resort property but the unit, and the resort, are well maintained. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the view is spectacular. There are several restaurants within short walking distance, and the Food Park across the street has a great vibe and good, affordable options. There is a large grocery store two blocks away. It is easy to catch a bus, or get a taxi, to all other areas in PV. The “hotel zone” is far quieter than Centro or Romantica where the bass and music from the clubs goes until 4:00am. At this property the music and activities from the surrounding hotels is done by about 11:00pm. As a guest staying in the residential unit you have access to the pool and activities from 8am to 8pm and can watch the evening activities from the balcony. The resort where the condo is located is an all inclusive so you can’t go to the restaurants or bar on the property (cashless environment and you haven’t paid for the all Inclusive although you can pay a day rate if you want to). The beach is clean and amazing.

1 Month Sep/Oct Stay - Review of 15th Floor Sunscape Condo

Besides being clean, modern, and roach free, this studio is well laid out, sized, and furnished with a good seating area, dining table, firm bed, large bath, separate rain shower, and storage space. The host outfits the place well with towels, bedding, kitchenware, toiletries, hair dryer, ironing and cleaning supplies, and other items. Add in free utilities, filtered water, a printer, good wifi, and TV with FOX news, CNN, Discovery, and 4 english movie channels. A full glass wall with 4 sliding doors keeps the place bright and airy - helped by ceiling fans. Mostly though, the SW view of the mountains, city, beach, ocean, and gorgeous pool complex below is truely extraordinary. All was not good though. Besides the old building with its unreliable elevators and VRBO's payment system not working, I had no access upon check-in, the power and hot water shut off several times, a broken shower, a crumbling plaster wall, and an insecure door that allowed people to enter my occupied unit 4 times. There's also wall repairs and painting needing done, but mostly, there's mold and noise problems. A serious leak caused extensive mold to grow on the walls, ceiling, and floor of the bathroom. The bedroom and bed sheets also smelled bad and musky, creating an overall unhealthful environment. Extreme noise contributed to make this unit unsuitable for a guest. With mall construction on one side and condo units above, beside, and below being completely regutted, there was loud jack hammer, steel cutting, pounding noises to be endured from within the condo all day, every day, except Sundays. And in the evenings, several nights a week, the resorts beside and below replaced the construction noise with loud music or shows, sometimes past 11 p.m. Even with the doors closed, it was often loud enough to compete with the TV, and I found myself using headphones just to cope. How do you rate a 1 star living environment, in a 3 star condo, having a 5 star view and helpful, friendly, honest host? A 3 for now seems fair, but the unit will likely warrant a 4 in the future with the mold removal, wall repairs, and painting being done. The construction noise will come and go - with the mall being finished soon, but more Sunscape building construction due in 2017. The resort noise will continue though. You can have peace and quiet, or you can have the lively, noisy resort environment and awesome view, but you'll not have both with this unit. One must choose their prioroties.

Thank you Joseph for staying with us and for the nice things you have said. I am sorry for all of the construction going on in the building. We did not know until late August that the owners of the resort would be remodeling the 30 condos in our building that they own. Then they did not follow their own rules for construction hours. Apparantly the jack hammering above is what caused the wall to crack and also caused the water pipe to leak. It has already been repaired and painted. Vallarta is very humid this time of year and you HAVE to run the air conditioner to keep the moldy smells at bay wherever you are staying in Vallarta during the months of August, SSeptemberand October. You chose not to run the air conditioner. I have been there many times during the rainy season and did not have a problem with odors because the air conditioning was running. Soon the consruction will not be an issue. Sunscape is a beautiful resort. We would be glad to have you stay again Joseph once this construction is over.

Retirement vacation to PV

Was a little older in appearance then I expected, but everything worked, beautiful view from balcony, just about every night there was loud music from beach or pool from multiple wedding ceremonies.

Pat's suite was very clean and the time we spent there was very comfortable.

We had a spectacular view of the ocean from the suite. There was a nice breeze coming in from the ocean which cooled the rooms, and even though it was comfortable, we were able to take advantage of the air conditioning at night. The suite is located on the 15th floor, but there was never a delay with the elevators. We didn't take advantage of the kitchen, as we decided to go with the all inclusive option. The staff at Sunscape were very friendly and fun. All in all we had a fantastic vacation and would like to return some day in the future.

Awesome Condo

We stayed at this condo in February 2014. The condo was exactly as represented and was perfect for my husband and I. Pat was wonderful and easy to deal with and we were fortunate enough to meet her and her husband the day we checked in. The condo was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony every morning and every evening. The views are fantastic! The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything you need. We loved it so much we are going back for a month next year.

The place was very clean and well decorated. The view could not have been better. We saw dolphens everyday. Well equipted kitchen. Bed was very confortable. We would definitely go back and rent the same place. The only problem that we had was we picked the wrong week to go because they were having a "Cheer Leading " compition at the hotel the weekend we were there. I have never been around so many rude young people. The litereally took over everything . Resturant, walkways, lobby, they even practiced right in the middle of the main walking areas. Even when they finished eating in the resturant, they would just sit there talking and texting even when they could see that people were waiting for seats and the thing is that no one at the hotel would ever tell them anything.

Everything We Expected

I chose this condo because of the location and what it had to offer. When my wife and I arrived we were not disappointed. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. It has a great view of the Bay and the city coastline. Everyone who worked at the resort was friendly and helpful. We had an awesome vacation. I was impressed with the easy communication with the owners of the condo and how helpful they were with getting everything set up and giving us information on where to go in PV for an enjoyable time. I highly recommend staying here, you will be happy with your choice.

Beautiful condo

Stayed in this condo last year. Super - everything you need is there and neat and tidy. Condo is very comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Hotel is great - staff is terrific. Very enjoyable. Pleasure to deal with the owner. Highly recommended!

We first visited Puerto Vallarta in 1992 and fell in love with it. We re-visited numerous times, taking our boys with us at times. It was our dream to buy an ocean front home to spend 6 months per year there after we retired. In 2002 we were finally able to buy our condo. We completely remodeled it. We have the most wonderful view. Now we spend as much time as possible there including part of our winters there. We hope that you find our condo and Puerto Vallarta as wonderful as we do. It is truely awesome!

We bought our condo to use as our retirement, winter vacation home. We decided to use it as a vacation rental to help pay for itself. We have been able to provide many people with a wonderful vacation experience over the last 15 years.

The views of the Banderas Bay, the Pacific Ocean, the city of Puerto Vallarta, and the south shore mountains are definitely one of the best benefits of our condo. We are beach front. Our condo is air-conditioned and very comfortable with a comfy king-size bed, and nice couches in the living room. We have a nice large bathroom with a marble shower with bench seat. With hi speed wifi internet connection, you can check your e-mail while enjoying our wonderful view in the comfort of your own condo. Our location is great. We are a short trip to downtown Puerto Vallarta as well as the famous south side or romantic zone. We are also close to the marina for boat tours as well as the wonderful restaurant area and board walk in the marina. We are within walking distance of a mall with a large grocery store where you can buy all the items you might need.
