Amenities include a clubhouse with two community pools, a splash pad, play gym and a small exercise room. After the day’s activities relax in a lighted bubbling hot tub under the stars. In the loft you can play a game of pool or watch tv.

If you desire a home cooked dinner, make use of our fully stocked kitchen or barbeque outside on the propane grill.
Drift off to sleep on one of our amazingly comfortable high-end mattresses and pillows.

Pet Policy


As children, we traveled with the family pets. We understand and appreciate that your pets are part of your family, and we want to have them enjoy the stay as much as you do. Please be aware that any damage caused by your pet will be billed to you, as well as any additional cleaning fees.

No more than two pets are allowed at a time.


1) All pets must be up to date on vaccinations

2) No restricted breeds per the Homeowners Insurance, if you have questions, please ask.

3) Guests must pick up all waste and dispose of it in the trash

4) Pets must be on a leash when outside

5) No pets on furniture or beds. Please bring your pets favorite bed or blanket.

6) Pets must be crated if being left unattended in the house.

7) Clean up after your pet, especially pet hair.

8) NO PUPPIES or Kittens.

9) Pets MUST be housebroken. If an accident happens, please get in touch with us right away.

10) Pets must be on active flea and tick control

11) Excessive noise, barking, howling, etc, is not a welcome guest. Please respect the neighborhood and the peaceful vacation of everyone around.

12) No wet pets allowed inside. Please stay with them outside until they are dry.
