Villa Selena is an incredible property, offering peace and tranquility to our guests. The big fence around the yard offers absolute privacy, since no one has eye contact with the yard or the interior of the Villa.

The Villa itself is fabulous. The lawned yard combined with the umbrellas, the beach chairs and the swimming pool create a unique feeling of joy and relaxation. The interior of the Villa is also magnificent, providing everything our guests may need.

The neighbourhood
If you're a beach lover, Villa Selena is a great choice, located just 500m from Kato Stalos Beach, which is said to be one of the best beaches on the island! There's a wide choice of places to eat, drink and shop both on the seafront and in the nearby old village of Pano Stalos and Agia Marina. Whether you choose to dine at a waterfront restaurant or opt for an authentic family-run taberna in the village square, you'll be spoilt for your choice! The picturesque city of Chania has a variety of shops, bars and restaurants in both the old town and harbour, which is less than 20 minutes' drive from the Villa.

Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace & Sunbathing Area
The swimming pool sits among a lawned garden with trees and flowering shrubs making it the ideal place to relax on one of the sunbeds whilst admiring those distant sea views. A few steps up from the pool terrace, there are two large balconies, one of which is at the front overlooking the pool and the Aegean Sea, while the second one enjoys a fabulous, snow-capped until June, mountain view.

Living Space & Kitchen
The bright, open plan kitchen, dining and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day by the pool. There are patio doors and windows which flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space. There are also two large balconies located off this room.

Relax in the living area which is dominated by the fantastic views over the bay and beyond. From here, patio doors open to a spacious terrace where you will find the outdoor furniture. The perfect place to enjoy your evenings watching the sunset.
