This two bedroom, two bathroom condo, sleeps up to eight people. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-fi access and a furnished balcony. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring an oversized shower. The guest bedroom features two queen beds with an access to a guest full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa with separate dining area that can seat up to six guests, and additional seating by the bar. The full kitchen; complete with dishes, utensils, full size refrigerator, cookware, microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher.

Enjoy the onsite Bar & Grill for cocktails and delicious food. Relax poolside or take a short walk down to the beach and take in the warm Florida Sun. Enjoy Water Adventures on site, which offers guided jet ski tours, banana boat rides, parasailing, and paddle boarding adventures. Venture off the property and you'll find attractions like Rose Marina, where you can take a charter fishing tour, or the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can scope out the Florida wildlife.

General Property Updates:
Guests at this property do not have use access to the facilities at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.

This is a Cashless Resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Renovation Update:
Property is undergoing mandatory waterslide repairs beginning Saturday, February 17th through, Monday, February 19th. Work will commence between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. The Grotto pool will remain open for use with a possibility of closures dependent on necessary work. Engineering will have the pool and slide reopened for swimmers by Tuesday, February 20, 2024. There may be potential construction noise associated with this project.

Property's Service Animal Policy:
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at the resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a Room Recovery Fee of $500, per pet (fee subject to change), and will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
