The family dog is welcome to join you in this family-friendly home!

When everyone's ready to head to the parks, Disney World, Disney's Animal Kingdom, and Epcot are all under nine miles away. Universal Studios and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are both under 13 miles from the home. After a long day of exploring, tuck into some delicious local seafood at Mr. & Mrs. Crab (just under two miles away from the home). If you'd like a fun local activity, get a whole new view of the area via a hot air balloon tour from Bob's Balloons, based just under 11 miles away.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Below average - Stayed February 2025

Compass Bay is not a resort complex, but rather a 15 year old residential complex of several hundred units. Each building consists of 5-6 townhouses. Most are year round residents, several snowbirders, and some vacation rentals. It is well located to Orlando attractions. The pool is small, but heated in the winter. Our unit’s interior was relatively clean, but badly in need of maintenance. Many light bulbs were out, kitchen cabinet doors stuck, the paint on the toilet seats worn down to the raw wood, water is turned off on the master bath second sink (?), a curtain rod is pulled from the wall. The garbage disposal was leaking, causing mold on the cabinet base. The sofa springs were so weak we had to sit on bed pillows to be comfortable. There are no end tables at the sofas to hold drinks, books, etc. Some drapes are dry rotted and falling apart. The windows do not operate, the plastic locks have begun to crumble. The back slider will not lock without a pry bar and special effort. The beds were comfortable.This unit does not have cable. The SmartTV does not get over the air TV broadcasts, just some freebee streaming, and whatever streaming services already on the TV if you subscribe to it. We could not add a streaming service. We tried purchasing a HDTV antenna to receive the local channels, but the TV would not recognize it.We reported the plumbing problems and other issues to the property manager, VACASA, but they never came to repair in the three weeks we were there.

House confortável. But somes problema.

The property is very nice, with some problems, such as a carpet with a giant stain in the front bedroom and a bad speaker that took 2 days to clean. I don't know if it was due to a leak or misuse by previous guests. Some lights are burned out and the shower in the bathroom in the back bedroom has very little water coming out. The property owner needs to complain to the condominium, as it is depreciating his property. If these issues are fixed, the overall rating for the next families will be very good.

This condo is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, paint, new shower heads, etc. The carpets, baseboards, chipped walls, not working showers need attention. The location and spaciousness of the condo are the positives. But I would not stay here again until some rental income gets put back into this place. Could be great. But isn't.

Beautiful home

Absolutely beautiful home, looks even bigger than the pictures… well equipped kitchen and more than enough of extra blankets and beach towels…. Beautiful lake with ducks to feed was the icing on top . I will definitely be staying again 😊

Ok for just a place to sleep

Pros: plenty of towels and soap provided. The location was good. It was within minutes from shopping restaurants and theme parks. There was a small pond right behind the patio with ducks and turtles which my son loved. They also provided a pack and play which was convenient because we forgot ours. Cons: the pack and play was full of fur. The dining chairs upholstery was ripped and torn up. I have a toddler that spends a fair amount of time on the floor which smelled like animals. There was animal fur on the floors and down stairs rug. We also found ants in the bath tub and kitchen and this was before we brought food inside. We also saw roaches upstairs and in the dishwasher. The was no outside entryway light.

Great spot! Will return!

My girlfriend, our chihuahua, and I stayed here for two months in 2021. We found the place comfortable, well stocked with things we needed (although no coffee maker; had to buy one, no big deal), and in a comfortable nice little quiet gated community close to all the action. It’s not the most walkable place but use Google Maps and scope it out and you’ll be fine. Massive TVs in every room and a lot of space — more than we could have ever needed with it just being three of us. You could comfortably fit 6 people here, probably more. We were so happy with the cleanliness of the place, too. We are picky, and were concerned with it being carpeted that it might be a little stale or dank — it wasn’t at all! It was great! Neighbors were totally nice families, etc. No issues with them whatsoever. We would return and probably will. That said, a few woes persisted and kept this stay from being perfect: 1. A wonky back porch door without a screen. Close one door and the other opened slightly unless you actively made sure both were closed. Caused a few unwanted houseguests (bugs and lizards) to get in a few times. 2. The internet was amazing for the first month. Flawless connectivity and insanely fast speeds. Then, in the second month, it absolutely fell apart. Dropped out every few minutes for about 5-10 seconds at a time. It never truly went out for more than a minute or two, but the lack of seamless connectivity made for a LOT of headaches with websites/Zoom calls/emails that took a while to load. Lots of annoyances with that. Vacasa tried to send someone over a few times but it was never convenient for us. Just wish it had been a little better addressed. I hate Wi-Fi woes. 3. I saw 2 cockroaches in the kitchen one night, and then another on a different night. The place was spotless at the time Didn’t fret too hard about it and smashed one of them. Never saw any more after that. Regardless of all this, we will return to this property and had a lot of good memories there over the course of our two month stay. It was reasonably priced, clean, quiet, safe, bright, and comfortable. Thanks!!!

Super clean and great location!

The townhouse was super clean, plenty of bath towels and pool towels, the even had an air mattress. The kids enjoyed the cable tv and WiFi...big flat screen wall mounted tv’s in each room. The kitchen included everything needed to cook meals (nice pots & pans - not cheap ones, plenty of plates and silverware). The location is prime, it’s near a Publix, Walmart, the FunSpot and lots of shopping. I would DEFINITELY book this property again.
