The apartments have more than 130 m2. in size and have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, full kitchen and balcony.
Our apartments have totally new furniture as well as the electrical appliances. it has everything you need.
3 Air conditioners, one in each bedroom and 5 ceiling fans in each rooms, 2 TVs in the living room and in the main bedroom. We have comfortable beds;
Queen size bed in the master bedroom, a full size bed in the secondary bedroom, and 2 single beds in the third bedroom and extra mattress if needed.
Capacity for 8+ people.
The kitchen has a 5 burner gas stove with oven, over-the-range fan, all cooking utensils, mugs, pots, pans, and more.
Microwave Toaster, Blender and coffee maker.
The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and sheets as the client needs it.
We have power inverter in the rare case of power outage.
We also have a water heater for each bathroom, which is turned on and off through a switch.
You can enjoy your meals at the 6-seat dining table in the living room.
You can feel free to use all the spaces within the apartment, pleasant, comfortable, very clean and with easy and complete access within the residential and easy access to the entire city of the National District.
Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The area has security through guards and has a remote control to open and close the main entrance electronic gate, which is delivered to customers, which leads to the residential area.
Our apartments have views of our beautiful gardens and swimming pools.
We have staff who work in the complex every day from 8 to 6 giving maintenance.
We always give our guests their own space.

We have 2 airports nearby. Las Americas Airport is 35 minutes away and La Isabela Airport (for local flights) 3 minutes away to the metro and 5 to the cable car, are available duty until after mid nigh.
