Villa ZeZe

This villa is just amazing! The only villa in Dalyan with its own water park!! 2 fast water slides, private pool, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms its perfect for families holidaying together.


Located in Arakbasi just a 15 – 20 minute walk into town, but when its really hot you can use the car or take one of the bikes that are free to use (1 adult bike available). It will only take 10-12 minutes to go to the beach by car or you can use public boats to reach the beach

The pool has roman entry steps and 10 sunbeds with umbrellas for soaking up the sun. Poolside shower, garden hammock, BBQ with small outside kitchen area, a large shaded terrace for outside dining and a Turkish köşk.

There is off road parking, free wifi and 2 security safes.
You enter the villa into a glass conservatory where there is a dining table and chairs so that you can eat while admiring the views.

The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and water cooler.
In the lounge area there is air conditioning, comfy sofas, large TV with Playstation and DVD player.

Internet, electricity, water and gas are free.

The washing machine is housed under the stairs.
There are three downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 : 2 single beds, air conditioning and a small balcony. The bathroom is across the hallway and has a jacuzzi bath, shower toilet and sink.
Bedroom 2 : Double bed, air conditioning, balcony and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 : Double bed, air conditioning, balcony and ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs has four bedrooms and bathrooms.
Bedroom 4 : Large balcony overlooking the pool. Double bed, air conditioning, and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower.
Bedroom 5 : 2 single beds, air conditioning, balcony and ensuite bathroom which has a jacuzzi bath and shower.
Bedroom 6 : Double bed, air conditioning, balcony and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 7 : Double bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom.

Absolutely amazing!

Thank you Villa ZeZe for the most fantastic family holiday, the hosts were so lovely, friendly and helpful, we were greeted and given details of the villa and numbers required for any additional items, a more then adequate welcome pack waited us along with a delicious meal prepared by the hosts! We were a group of 9 adults and 4 children and we all had the most fantastic time, the water slides kept all of us entertained, great for the kids as we could relax around the pool whilst they were using, along with table tennis and table football there was something for everyone. Turkey has a lot to offer and we were made to feel very welcome, we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic holiday with 14 people; 8 adults and 6 children aged 2 to 12 years. The house, the garden and especially the swimming pool with the two slides were great. The friendliness and helpfulness of the managers were very warm. We were even pleasantly surprised by a welcome meal of Turkish specialties. The surroundings of Dalyan with all the sights such as the bays, the royal tombs and the ancient city of Caunos, the mud baths, the boat trip and the town of Dalyan itself are definitely worth a visit. Super villa

Firstly, Orhan is a great host and looked after us very well.We were a group of 10 family members, spanning 3 generations with an age range of 2-70 years, and we all had a wonderful time at the villa. The pool and garden are fantastic and kept everyone happy for hours each day, which meant that we did not have to continually look for attractions to visit. The villa is located on the edge of town which is quite a long walk along some rough roads, but this also meant that it was in a very peaceful location.There were a couple of minor issues inside the villa that could do with fixing to improve the experience even more. One of the double beds downstairs was very creaky when people moved in the night, and one of the window blinds in a downstairs bedroom was broken and there wasn't a thick curtain in that room to block out the light.Thank you Orhan, we shall remember this holiday for a very long time.

Villa Zeze

We were met at the property the owner Orhan who made us all feel so welcome and his wife prepared a beautiful well appreciated lunch for us. After lunch Orhan gave us a guided tour of the town, which again was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The property itself is well maintained, well appointed and immaculately clean. It sits in beautiful gardens with the added attraction of the pool and slides, which the kids loved. One minor downside is the location, only because the nearest shop is around a kilometre away and the nearest restaurant about 400 meters passed that. The good thing is taxis are very reasonable and we hired a 3 wheel electric bike for around £20 per day for “popping “ into town or doing the shopping I would highly recommend the property and the host as we had a great experience there

Ze-Ze, Ze-Ze. We all loved Ze-Ze !!!!

We’ve just spent a glorious 10 days at Villa Zeze.3 families numbering 12, varying in aged 1 - 70. The property is everything you would want from a holiday home. The description and photos don’t do it justice. The 7 bedrooms are amply sized. 2 doubles and a twin on the ground floor with 3 doubles and a twin on the upper floor. All the doubles are ensuite and the twin room on the lower floor has a bathroom/toilet immediately opposite. Each bathroom has a hairdryer. The fridge in the kitchen is huge, plenty of room for all your drinks and food etc., The pool is great, some 30 feet in length and a dozen sun loungers with water slides to die for. There is a fully stocked garden with a traditional Turkish eating canopy which will comfortably take everyone. The garden area also has a children's play area which would shame most city parks. The pool area has a second shaded eating table which is great for meals. Be aware that the property is out of the centre of Dalyan and is a brisk 20-minute walk and more like a 30-minute stroll. The nearest restaurant is about 15-20 minutes' walk away. Phone numbers for the local taxis are on the fridge and the price is 70 Turkish Litra which is under £3 each way. The parents of the owner live next door and his helpful lives locally. Our flight was delayed; we did not arrive until after midnight. The family were there to welcome us, as well as bringing us some delicious food after our long journey. We were happily impressed.

THE BEST VILLA EVER

Villa ZeZe was the best villa we have ever been too! We had a range of ages from adults, teens, children and a baby. The villa was perfect for all of us! Very clean and well presented! The water slides had to be the best part and fun for everyone! Close to Daylan town where there are lots of shops, bars, reatuarants and parks for the kids. Access to boat trips to the beaches, mug baths and markets! The host was superb! They kept in contact and provided us all information we needed to know. They were so kind and brought us breakfast knowing we had travelled all night with the children! A very kind family run business! We will definitely be back! Thank you Villa ZeZe for the beat holiday and our children’s first experience abroad- they didn’t want to leave!
