Prince Teocalli - Crested Butte

Welcome to Prince Teocalli. Where you get the full experience of Crested Butte! If you are looking for luxury, this is it. This home is loaded with 5 smart TVs, a hot tub to sit and relax after a day of adventuring, or you can use the master bath to soothe those muscles and warm your soul. 4 bedrooms-2 1/2 baths. There's a fire pit on the patio and a basketball goal for the summertime fun at the house. Foxtrot Trail is only a short distance out the back door. Everything is just a short bike ride or walk away. Within minutes you can either be at your favorite restaurant in CB or catching the shuttle up to the mountain. The bus stop is only 1 1/2 blocks away.

When you walk into the home you will look forward to removing your shoes so you can warm your toes on the nice radiant heated floor. If you turn to your left you will immediately go into the first bedroom with a Murphy bed and couch. Traveling down the hallway you can hange all of your gear on the multiple coat hangers along the wall. The next bedroom is loaded with 2 bunk beds that will sleep 4. This is a perfect space for the kids with parents close enough to keep eyes on them. A shared walk, through bathroom, attaches this room with the primary bedroom (downstairs). (This is the only bathroom on this level, but it has three doors, one to each bedroom and one to the hallway.) Directly across from these rooms is a laundry area where you can conveniently keep your things fresh. Or you may want to walk right out the back door into the hot tub, but grab your towel as you go, as they are conveniently located for you so you do not forget.

After entry into the house, you can also choose to take a right up the stairs to the main area of the home. There is a nice fancy flame electric burner in the corner of the living room that puts out a warm heat. Enjoy this area as you sit and visit with family and friends. The high-end kitchen should provide you with all of your needs. You can enjoy dinner around the table that seats 6, the kitchen bar seats 3, and there is another little table that seats 3. If you are wanting to grill outside that is easy too with the grill just off of the kitchen on an outside deck. The upstairs master bedroom is located just off of the kitchen as well. This may be the only room you want to use. A king bed greets you with a soaking clawfoot tub in the corner. The master shower with a bench for your refreshing needs.

Parking - Two parking spots (in winter you may need to move your cars for snow removal) are available behind the house (between the garage and basketball goal), accessible via the alley off 7th street. Please do not park on the other side of the garage. That space is reserved for the long-term tenant.
Street parking is available on Teocalli Ave (instructions inside the house about this)
