With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun. The property is equipped with DVD rental boxes- guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.

As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation

The room was fantastic. The view was amazing, the kitchen was a nice feature. The free breakfast buffet was really good. The staff was for the most part friendly and accessible. My only dislike is the 4pm check-in and 10 am check out times, this means you pretty much lose an entire day.

AC didn't work, So Many bugs, Too spread out

Overall, I would not stay here again. The AC wasn't working, there were so many flying insects they had to give us some sort of bug spray to control it (lots of other guests had that same issue apparently), nice view, but that is about it. I felt the value for what I paid was just not there, and the check in desk was not very helpful or friendly.

You get what you pay for…

Great price and location. Parking deck is a little bit of a hike, but it’s free so it’s worth it. Dated building, so the amenities were also dated. Lazy river and pools are on the small side. The free perks are great! Breakfast at Magnolia’s was pretty decent and mini golf was fun. Room was clean for the most part. Had a maintenance issue (key cards stopped working and had to go back to the front desk FOUR times before I finally got fed up with the desk agent and asked her to send maintenance up to meet me at my door. Come to find out the batteries were eroded. Guy was about to leave before I stopped him and made sure my key card worked properly now and, low and behold, it doesn’t! Had to replace the entire door system while my kids whined to go the the beach. Pretty inconvenient. Also, couldn’t close and open bathroom door well- had to pull up and push hard…annoying. Lastly, front door does NOT shut on its own - you have to pull it shut. Please don’t leave your room and assume it shuts behind you like we did. Overall, worth the value :)

Value Price with Better Amenities

I enjoyed the room with kitchenette and the wonderful balcony views. The beds were quite comfortable. Free hot breakfast every morning and free water park tickets were the icing on the cake! My son enjoyed the lazy river and outdoor pool while I frequented the hot tub.

Clean! Clean! Clean!

I love the smell of clean. When we walked in we could tell that the room had been cleaned properly clean before our arrival. The bathroom door was hard to close but other than that no complaints. We enjoyed our oceanfront view and the sound of the waves at night. We look forward to staying in this room again.

terrible service. rude staff, nice room but front desk awful

We had to wait 4 hours for toom to be cleaned so not like 4pm check in we were guaranteed. Awful after a 6-1/2 hour drive to wait 4 + hours. Their excuse training new cleaning people. Pathetic and bad start to our vacation. Then no luggage carts needless to say after 4 trips up finally in room with stuff at 10 pm. Room was very nice staff, supervisor and front desk rude oh and qaited in line at least 30 min to only find out at they would text us when room was ready. I loved room but would not recommend due to rude front desk. Supposidly I am getting a credit for 1st nights stay but havent heard a thing and what hotel cant print you a bill at checkout. Wow is all I can say duch rude staff what a shame place had nice rooms.
