Stunning 3 bedroom apartment by the beach

Right at the heart of downtown of Ocean City, this apartment is just a few steps from the soft sands and warm Atlantic waves of the beach. This apartment offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City Start every morning drinking a coffee and breathing in fresh ocean air on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is a common area with two pullout sofas, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable. Guests can use the whole apartment and two free parking space.
This apartment sleeps up to twelve guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together.
The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring your's from home or rent them from management for a small fee. We do charge $35.00 per extra adults in the apartment. PETS ARE WELCOME! Charges are applicable ($30-35) per pet per night.
Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away.

Great location for downtown access. The owners were readily accessible and friendly. Our dog enjoyed all the activity from the balcony. Good condition for a older rental property. Only real complaint was that the dishwasher was very old and broken.

Horrible Management

We arrived only to be "offered" a different house. When I declined, she still gave me keys to the new house. After correcting, she took us to the house we booked, which actually could not be inhabited. It clearly had not been cleaned since the last occupants with a trash pile in the living room, beds tossed, etc. We opted to stay in the other house but really had no choice. That house was okay but the floors were very dirty (think black bottoms of feet).

Very close to the boardwalk

This is an old house converted into multiple apartments, we stayed in the 3 bedroom upstairs apartment. It was very clean and excellent location to the boardwalk. The only complaints would be the dish network on the tv went on and off a few times and had to be rebooted and the dishwasher doesn’t work. Otherwise well worth the stay due to the location

Great location suited better for the college scene than the family

This house is in a fantastic pet-friendly location with easy parking and accessibility to everything. The property managers were responsive and friendly. Plenty of hot water. However, this is probably not the most family oriented location. The house is not well stocked in terms of things to get you started for your trip (bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, towels, etc) and don't expect there to be an inventory of great cooking supplies or board games. Prior tenants probably have not been kind or gentle with the house or its accommodations. The fridge barely kept cool, the toaster you needed to hold down the handle and the sink leaked. There are several apartments in the house and it has rather thin walls so you can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs (and coming in from a trip to the bar at 4am). Overall we enjoyed our experience but as a family we're a little more used to a fully stocked house with working appliances.
