This 3 BR 2 BA 9th floor condo sleeps 12. King in Master Suite and Large 2nd BR, Queen and Full Size Bunk Beds in 3rd BR, Queen sleeper sofa. Granite counter tops in kitchen, tile floors both bathrooms remodeled, walk in shower in the Master bath.

Great amenities at a budget price! Family friendly resort lots to do 2 large pools, Indoor Hot Tub Spa, Tiki Bar between the pools, 2 large grilling areas, shuffleboard courts and over 650 feet of sugar white beachfront to enjoy.

Amazing view of the gulf and condo met our needs exactly as listed. Very comfortable for 6 people to stay. The building is a bit older but well maintained and the pools were great. One was heated and the other two were not so great to jump in and cool off. Beach set up was perfect and easy. Once we knew just to check in on the first day, we were able to keep the same set of chairs for the entire stay. We loved being south of the main part of the city sure was a little more quiet and family friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The building was under construction and we had a pressure washer right outside our door the first day. We had to step over hoses and lift our baggage over the hoses to get to our room. It was extremely loud as well. The room was nicely decorated but not cleaned well. Crumbs were on the counter and hand smudges all over the mirrored wall. The kitchen faucet was awkwardly loose and had to push down and wiggle the handle to get it to turn off. Also the second evening we didn't have hot water for our showers. The heated pool was dirty. It just needed to be skimmed with a skimming net.

Overall, I have mixed feelings regarding this rental. Pros: Direct beach access, family friendly, great views, good amount of space in unit, heated pool, large gated & secure parking lot, luggage carts available, laundry in unitCons: Condo upkeep - kids bedroom ceiling light didn't work, ceiling plaster on patio was falling off, very limited hot water, kitchen sink faucet leaked, tv remote batteries were almost dead and the exterior of the building looked to be under a construction zone with safety concerns. Communication - The preset emails regarding the condo and check in were great and had a lot of useful information, but when we had a problem with the exterior door lock immediately after checking in, all communication attempts through multiple platforms were left completely unanswered or were out of service.

Wonderful Stay

The stay was wonderful! There were a few issues at first that were quickly resolved. The main living area floor was slightly sticky feeling and still had sand from the previous resident. Dining room furniture has some wear and tear. I would still come back and stay though as it’s a beautiful location, great warm pool, beach chairs were so convenient! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year staying in this condo. We love the area and the condo has almost everything that you need. The only inconvenience was having to have a nee fridge delivered in the middle of our stay but I'm glad they replace items as needed. Communication is great and easy.

This place is in a great location and we enjoyed all the amenities. It could use some upgrades and restocking of kitchen supplies. When there were concerns I contacted property manager and they quickly responded. The staff was very friendly.

The property was better than advertised! We fell in love with it. The view was amazing and just steps away from the beach was wonderful. The best part of it all was drinking my morning coffee while watching the dolphins play. We will definitely be coming back!

Great Location & Fun Spot for a Great Price!

We really enjoyed this trip. Apparently the tiki bar is a new addition and we thought it was great! The food was wonderful and the drinks were strong. Our condo was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. It was clean, too! One night, we walked to Schooners on the beach, which was great. Definitely recommend this rental!

Property is well decorated and was clean upon our arrival. Kitchen needs some attention, although there is the usual compliments of gadgets like a toaster, air fryer, and etc. there is a abysmal selection of utensils and dishes. I was quite surprised to find that in a room designated to sleep 12 there was 1 one tablespoon, and zero teaspoons. Maybe the owner should take 20 out of the rent income and go to the dollar store and pick up some flatware. On the brighter side the management company was great to work with and quick to take care of any problems we had.
