Brand new appartement on the fifth floor, with a big terrasse of 30 sq.m overlooking the pink city of Marrakesh. The appartement is decoratet with a Moroccan touch , but has all modern facilities.
Situated in Semlalia, with in walking distance to the modern part of Marrakesh, Gueliz with the shopping center of Carre Eden, Jardin Majorelle, Bab Doukala and the old Medina.
The appartement it self is 70 sq.m consisting of a big living room, a modern American kitchen with all equipment like fridge, micro oven, oven, freezer, coffe machine etc.
Great wifi, elevator, 2 bedrooms, walkin closet and a good bathroom with shower.
24 hours concierge living in the building and if you have a car, free carpark in the basement.
Lots of different small shops, cafees, supermarked, wineshop etc. are close by.
.Close to the medical faculty, Gueliz, Carré Éden, The garden of YSL, and very friendly neighborhood
Taxi is just at the main road, 100 m. away as well as local buses. Taxi should cost about 15-20 mad anyway around Marrakesh, daytime. A little more during the night.
Bab Doukkala, the main busstation 1,5 km away.
Central railwaystation 2 km away.
Gueliz and Majorelle garden easily reached by foot.
If wanted we can arrange for private transfer from the airport, excursions to anywhere, a Moroccan cook to make your food or a reliable babysitter that
will be available anytime at additional cost.
There is also Hicham, our handyman who lives in the building, that can help with everything concerning the appartment.

I live between Norway and Morocco, but most of time traveling as a tourguide all over the world for different companies in Scandinavia, as I am Norwegian of origin, but has lived in Morocco more than 35 years.
I also work part time as a consultant for Atlas Tours a company in Agadir, taking care of foreign tourist to Morocco. We reserve hotels, arrange roundtrips, surf schools, cooking lessons, airtickets etc.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
I simply love this appartment, me myself I live in Agadir, but as often as possible I take a trip to Magic Marrakesh, where you can stroll around in the old Medina, bargain for beautiful handwork, visit some of the new museums or simply have a great meal on one of the good restaurants close by. Also to be so close to the Atlas mountains is great for trekking, horseback riding or just a visit for among green forests and small berber villages.
Here it is so peaceful, calm and I greatly enjoy the fresh air, the view and the big terrasse.
Since I use it mosly myself I have furnished it the way I like and not only to rent it out. The items are all carfully selected from my trips around Morocco and the rest off the world.
