Guests have access to two swimming pools within the community. PLEASE NOTE: The pools are open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend annually and is not heated. Guests must sign pool waiver before access.

This striking 3 bedroom 3 bathroom stand alone villa home enjoys perhaps the best views in the community. Captured through soaring windows are meandering arroyos, sweeping vistas, and dramatic mountains. These ceiling to floor windows occupy several rooms including the great room and the master bedroom, both of which are embellished with high viga ceilings and kiva fireplaces. An open floor plan with architectural woodwork throughout leads to spacious rooms; some with access to private exterior flagstone patios. Other amenities include inviting community swimming pools, security gate, and easy access to miles of hiking trails in the Santa Fe National Forest.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is furnished with exceptional quality, rustic Santa Fe Style furniture. The master suite contains a king bed, cable TV, sitting area and opens onto a private patio perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. The bathroom adjacent this master contains a jetted tub and large walk-in shower. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, cable TV, sitting area and opens onto another private patio with exceptional southern and western views of the mountain ranges. The second master also comes with an en suite bathroom which includes a tub/shower. The third bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with tub/shower, cable TV, leather queen sleeper-sofa, with a premium gel mattress plus egg crate for a perfect sleep every night along with a full desk including phone, printer and monitor for guest`s use. We even provide a ream of paper and ensure the printer has back up ink for our business travelers.

This villa sits in the lower section of the community on a private, gated, quiet cul-de-sac with only 6 total units. The villa community itself sits adjacent to the Santa Fe National Forest providing guests with an abundance of hiking, biking and walking trails all close to Ski Santa Fe as well.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance
It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. We are available by text, phone or FaceTime 24/7. We are adhering by a non-contact check-in so will most likely not see you but are within a 5 minute drive if needed for any needs that arise during your stay.

Entire Home. The pools are community pools and shared with the other villas. The closest pool is shared with 6 other villas and the upper pool is a short drive away and shared with the Bishop`s Lodge Villa community.
