We have many amenities including a large hot tub, outdoor kitchen, the only pool in St Pete with a built-in picnic table so you can play cards, eat or drink while you’re in the pool, gas BBQ grill and high-speed internet supporting streaming movies and live TV selections and a large dock great for finishing, watching dolphins or amazing sunsets. Located directly on the Boca Ciega Bay with Western Views.

Our Comfy and Airy Room sports modern yet very comfortable full closets, wifi TVs (no cable) , ceiling fan, alarm clock with USB charging station, and luggage racks. The bedrooms are right next to your private bathroom with 2 sinks, full walk-in marble shower.

The backyard has amazing views of Downtown Gulfport and Boca Ciega Bay. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset or on a cool night fire up the fire pit and make smores. Lets us know if you plan to use the secluded hot tub under palm trees so we can either turn it up or down for you.

Professional chef-grade indoor kitchen with tons of cool kitchen gadgets. 24" electric griddle, 6 burner induction stove, 2 burners electric stove, 2 dishwashers, double ovens, and a built-in, press button professional coffee maker. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

1: Pool Services is scheduled on Thursdays morning before noon. He has
access to the backyard via a side entrance.
2: Landscaping services are scheduled on Tuesdays
3: Pest Control services is scheduled monthly, he will need access to the house
however, we do our best to schedule him in between check-ins
4: The Boatlift in the backyard is rented to a personal friend of mine. So the
DOCK area is actually a shared space so he can have access to
the boat. He and his friends would use the side entrance to the
backyard to gain access to the boat.
5: The advertised Base Rate shown by VRBO is for upto 4 people, and use of 2
bedrooms. For additional guest in your party, the rate is $125.00 pp, per night and
would have access to the additional bedroom.
