Blackett's Bungalow - A Sonoran Casita

Welcome to Blackett's Bungalow. We love this spot and named it after a favorite local hike - the Blackett's Ridge Trail, located in the Catalina Mountains.

It is a private and quiet two-bedroom guesthouse with a beautiful office space that is located next to our home. The decor is light and airy and inspired by the southwest landscape that surrounds the property - a tiled and fully-equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV, and lots of windows.

The space
Blackett's bungalow is surrounded by Sonoran vegetation, and it's a quiet spot to stay as you enjoy the hiking, cycling, golfing, shopping, resorts, and dining that Tucson offers. Or, you can just stay home and relax on the outdoor covered patio, which is the perfect spot in the mornings and evenings.

The kitchen comes equipped to enjoy a meal at home including dinnerware, silverware, pots/pans, and utensils. There is no oven! However, there's a stove and microwave.

The living room/sitting area has plenty of space and includes a flat screen TV to use your Netflix, Amazon, Prime, and YouTube accounts.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and no closet space. This is a small bedroom with bedside tables. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a dresser and a closet, and it is located across from the office/study.

The office area has a comfy chair, simple writing desk, and great lighting. It's a peaceful spot to work. Or, maybe write the next great American novel?

The bathroom is up to date with new fixtures. PLEASE NOTE: There is only one bathroom and it is very small. This space would be challenging for large/tall folks, especially the small shower.

There is private parking next to the property. There is no washer/dryer on the property.

If you are are looking for some quiet time surrounded by nature and comfortable amenities, this is a good spot.
