The living room furniture could use some updating as the couch and love seat weren't very comfortable. Completely out of the owner's control but there was someone in the area, during our first night, playing loud music that made it difficult to get our kids to go to sleep. Overall was a nice condo and we had a good vacation!

Awesome condo

The condo was great. Stunning views. Great locations in the heart of Osage Beach. Nice people. Great pool. condo was nice & spacious for our group of 3 adults & 3 kids. Nice big deck with plenty of seating area. It was 3 flights of stairs down but the condo itself made up for that. We all absolutely loved it.

Girls get away

We usually do an annual trip once a year to the lake with just us girls to catch up. It was a very nice stay. Location was perfect.

We loved it here!

Kirk was so wonderful to work with! I can’t stress that enough! The property was easy to navigate, beautiful views, and it was so clean! Everyone was so friendly.

Beautiful views!

Clean and well-appointed unit. Very fairly priced as the unit is large, beds comfortable and the view was beautiful. The pool was very near our building and was clean and not crowded. One item of note if you are mobility challenged - there are ALOT of steps to get down to the unit and no elevator. The unit is 3 levels down plus additional steps to get up to the parking lot.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Each time has been great! Very clean and beautiful sunsets. Kirk is always there if you have any questions! Highly recommend by our family!

Lake Life

Had a nice time at the lake! The only issue was the noise from across the lake. The oasis amusement park is being built across the lake! The unit was nice and enjoyed the evening on the patio. The cleaner arrived 15 minutes early which was annoying as check out time was 11:00 even though we were about ready to leave anyways. Thanks for sharing your condo at Lake of the Ozarks.

Beautiful Lake Front Location

Great two bedroom condo right on the lake. Enjoyed the morning and evenings on the deck just listening to the water and watching the boats go by. Well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed while there! There are quite a few steps down to the condo, however, the view made each step totally worth it!!! Kirk was very prompt with all the information we needed! Thanks so much for a great stay!!!

Great stay

Condo is exactly as described. Clean, well stocked kitchen, nice deck with view of the lake. Condo is in a central location to all the area attractions. Pool was very will cared for and nice to sit and relax in the afternoons. Would stay again!

We loved the proximity to food & attractions. We feel like the furniture is in need of replacing. The couch is so low it’s hard to get in & out of. King bed in master could use an upgrade as well.

Great Stay! Beautiful view!

We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed this condo very much! The view from the patio was the best part! They had everything we needed except for a fitness room. I was disappointed to find out there was only an airdyne bike in the game room. The owners were VERY responsive to us with any questions we had! The location was right where we needed it to be! While there were many steps it wasn't that bad. Grill worked great and we enjoyed the pool too! The floor was kind of sticky and dirty so we did keep socks on while inside. All and all, I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in Osage Beach!

Great girls getaway!

We enjoyed this property for our girls getaway! Nicely appointed place with a gorgeous sunset view. We enjoyed eating on the deck while watching the boats. Close to lots of food and boutique shopping. Already talking about coming back!

Stairs

I had read in other reviews for this condo that it was on the lower level and that there was a lot of stairs down to the unit. Our group are all in our early 60's and it was a trek up and down the stairs especially when we were hauling our stuff in and out. There are over 50 stairs down to the unit from the parking lot, to echo another review, pack light if you stay here. The pool was said to be heated and steps from the unit, it was 42 stairsteps up to the pool which was cold and unheated. The unit itself was dated and showing its age, the best part of the unit was the deck. We enjoyed watching the boats during the day and looking at the lights across the lake at night.
