The Space:

Located in the heart of Destin, FL is SunDestin Beach Resort. This large property boasts many amenities, including an outdoor pool, where you can take a break from the sand. A few of the seasonal amenities include a tiki bar, beach chairs, and umbrellas that can be rented for an additional fee.



SunDestin 1204 is a bright and airy one-bedroom condo with sleeping for six guests. When you walk in, you’ll see the bedroom with a king bed and a TV. A full bath can be accessed from the bedroom and a half bath is accessible from the hall for guest convenience. Twin bunks are in the hallway- they’re great for kids. Walk into the common area and find the open kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The dining room table seats four and the living area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large TV and DVD player so you can take advantage of the complimentary rentals that come with your stay. Walk through the sliding door to find sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico. This one-bedroom rental has everything you need for a great Destin escape.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
