With an array of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort offers a picture-perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub.  Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor splash pad, an outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Upon entering SunDestin 1011, you will feel right at home, while being able to experience incredible tenth-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico. A welcoming ambience with serene beachy decor welcomes you from the moment you enter. To the left of the entrance, you will find the bedroom featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and a comfortable king bed. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and hallway, boasting granite countertops as well as a spacious, beautifully tiled walk-in shower. A twin bunk bed is nestled in the hallway, ideal for children or additional guests to unwind. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen features lovely granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, providing a picturesque space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to take down to the beach. The dining table seats two, and there are three barstools near the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player, along with a comfortable couch and chair, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



Breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and balcony. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom, tenth-floor vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to six guests with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed nestled in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
