The Space:

The property boasts numerous amenities, including an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, a steam room, and sauna. Exercise enthusiasts will love the fitness facility. The gift shop, located in the lobby, is ultra-convenient for last minute beach items. Everyone seems to love the outdoor tiki bar and complimentary DVD rentals. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for an additional fee and there’s plenty of meeting space for special events or business meetings. The concierge is happy to assist with any inquiries and our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.



You’ll immediately slow down upon entrance into SunDestin Unit 0301, a cozy two-bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to eight people. The peaceful and serene decor throughout is calming, and the unit is packed with plenty of space for all to enjoy. Inside, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king bed and private balcony, a guest bedroom with twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV’s are in both bedrooms and the living room and two bathrooms are available for added convenience. Right in the middle of everything is the fully-appointed kitchen with an abundance of counter and cabinet space. Enjoy meals and snacks at the dining table or take it out to the balcony to enjoy serene views of the Gulf of Mexico.



Pack a lunch and head over to Henderson Beach State Park, just five minutes away. This pristine mile-long stretch of beach is a favorite for travellers who enjoy nature trails. If you’d prefer a day on the water, check out Destin Harbor to book a snorkeling or dolphin-watching excursion!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
