This executive home is located in the trendy Mud Island area (Best kept secret in Memphis). Ideal spot for short or long term corporate housing, temporary assignment to Memphis area, group of friends, newly-weds, and couples to come and experience the amazing area. Five blocks from the Mighty Mississippi and walking trails. Downtown is a quick 5-10 min Uber/LYFT drive. Very close to St. Jude, Airport, Naval Support Activity Mid-South and other locations. Configured for electric vehicle charging.

Generac Generator installed to ensure all comforts of home during the entire stay in event of a power loss.

The space
This home welcomes you with a master bed room with a King size bed and private jacuzzi bath, living room ( with 200 channel cable TV) kitchen (with wine refrigerator and large air fryer), 2nd bedroom (Queen Bed) , 2 full baths, and an indoor patio. Smart TV’s in every bedroom. The entire house sleeps 1-6 guests if needed. --4PM CHECK IN // 10AM CHECK OUT

What a great place! This house was perfect for me and my adult son. He works remotely so the dedicated office space was a plus! We had all the kitchen utensils and appliances we could have needed. It even had a wine cooler! The house was super clean, the location was in a nice quiet little neighborhood where we felt safe. Big bonus…large screened in porch!! Would definitely recommend!

Mud Island

The location was great as it was close to downtown. The house was in a residential area with access to a walking trail. The home was cozy. Mud Island also had a nice grocery store and some restaurants so you did not have to go far for such.

Comfortable place in Memphis

This home was comfortable, roomy and tidy. The hosts were very responsive and addressed any concerns we had immediately. The Mississippi Riverwalk is nearby and the neighborhood is quiet. We definitely will stay here again.

Fantastic Thanksgiving Holiday

Everything about the stay was fantastic. The home was wonderful and the area was just breathtaking with changing color of the leaves and the river just down the road. House was very clean and the kitchen was very will stocked. The home smelled amazing as did all the lines. The bed was very comfortable. We will be coming back! Thank you very much for a great stay.

The property was clean, communication with host was great. I loved the location. We caught 2 sunsets at the river. Our celebration was downtown. It was close to all the places we love in midtown. Beautiful home in an excellent location!!

This home is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean!! It was actually the cleanest home we’ve ever rented! Attention to detail was obvious. The neighborhood is very well maintained and has almost a storybook quality about it! We traveled with our small dogs and the yard was fully fenced and perfect for them! We enjoyed sitting out in the large enclosed lanai overlooking the yard. The location was perfect! Less than 5 min drive to walk along the Mississippi, 15 min to Midtown, 25 min to the Navy Base and less than 30 min to Lakeland/Arlington area. We highly recommend this home!! So looking forward to another visit here in the future!!

Spring Break

Had a great time in this Mud Island Rental! Great location, several awesome restaurants on Mud island, and a very convenient (with great local food) grocery store. House was perfect my family (me, hubs, and 2 yr old dtr). Plenty of room inside and outside for her to run around. Place is super clean, tons of towels, great water pressure, and VERY QUIET!! If you are looking for a safe, family friendly house and area check this house out!!

Nice stay in Memphis

This place was clean and comfortable. It's a 2br + 2bath + an office with a pullout couch. There's a 2car garage which came in super handy for us since it snowed while we were there and sometimes it's hard to find parking outside in the common area. Location is tough to beat if you're going to events downtown.

Nice place, great area, too many rules and cameras

This is a really nice place in the Harbor Town area but they really don't want you to have guests over and there are cameras outside looking in and that's a bit creepy for me. I wondered if they had any cameras inside. No one likes to be watched while they're on vacation. Also the third bedroom is a pull out couch that is not comfortable for two people. The only other thing is extremely limited items like pots and pans and such so they really don't want you to cook here either and no grill outside. Again though it's a really nice place and one of the best areas of Memphis, safe and then you're still downtown as well.
