If it's not the 1.75 acres of nature and serenity to wake up to, or sipping your coffee/tea on the sun porch, it might be the living room's fireplace that will provide warmth on chilly nights. This 4 bedroom/3 bath home can host your family BBQ's in the spring/summer or your backyard bonfires all year long. There's a pool deck for sunbathing and enjoying an afternoon of swimming in the above ground pool.

Our air conditioning system is treated with a commercial indoor air purifier (Global Plasma Solutions) which in an independent testing shows that is is highly effective at neutralizing SARS-COV-2 and other pathogens.

You can host your game nights and card games with space enough for everyone to hang out and not feel crowded. The eat in kitchen hosts a dedicated coffee/tea bar along with all new appliances at your finger tips. The 6 or 8 seater table is perfect for your large gatherings around a delicious meal. It seats 12 total with additional chairs. You'll have a great view of the property in this quiet cul-de-sac.

You have a master bedroom with en-suite bath and walk-in closet and a large screened Smart TV; the three other rooms are spacious each with their own walk-in closets. Two rooms have queen beds, master bedroom has king sized bed and a fourth room has full size bunk beds. There is also a pull out couch that sleeps two in the living room. Comfortable sleeping for ten. With three additional inflatable beds you've got more space at your discretion (at extra guest fee). Sleeps ten comfortably. Two additional large screened Smart TV's can be used in either the great room or living room. House has WiFi.

There is a nearby walking trail and mere minutes from local interests. Within ten minutes from the world famous Wild Adventures Theme Park, Animal Park and Water Park, we are less than ten minutes from the Valdosta Regional Airport and 1.5 hours away from Tallahassee International Airport.

Ideal for quick friends getaways, weekend golfing trip, home base for intimate retreats, “guests only” weekend brunches and retreats, work away from home, long term medical professional stays.

Things to Know:
- We provide a fully stocked kitchen + a Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, milk frother, coffee grinder, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pods and tea of your choice, tableware and serveware for many! We also provide a VARIETY of cocktail glasses, and various utensils. Our cupboards are stock with some starter items. Drop by and look before grocery shopping.
Plus, everything is brand new and high-end.
-BBQ grill is for your use. Clean as you go.
- We provide all bedding/linens, bath towels, wash cloths and even luxury basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash.
- We provide limited amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies such as dish washing and laundry detergent and a small amount of trash bags.

Please note we do not allow Check- in/Check-out on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. Please arrange to arrive or depart the day before or after.
